Petra Segreta Resort & Spa in San Pantaleo

One could overlook the rusty nails leaving trails of brown grime on the room doors, or the tiny poorly furnished rooms reminiscent of a monks quarters, or even the crooked television which requires a book underneath one leg, and even then its pointless because it doesn't work...AT ALL. What one cannot overlook at this poorly run property, is the staff's lack of hospitality and ability to do just about anything. Angeline (Angelique?) was one of the worst staff members I have ever come across at any property, let alone a 5 star property. From check in she failed to follow up on a simple question. After telling her we were tired and wanted to go to our room she proceeds to show us every inch of the property and had to be stopped and reminded that we are tired. She then failed to do the most simple things and when confronted with the fact that "no one is available" which she failed to mention 6 hours before. The attitude and indifference of hotel staff is what makes or breaks an experience. Perhaps management is not aware of this.
