A beautiful small alpine style chalet hotel - with only 9/10 bedrooms you really do get a very personal service. Excellent breakfast - perfect for a ski day! The owner speaks a small amount of English and the manager is able to converse in English as well. A short walk to the ski lift (10 mins maximum). A fanatic shower - one of the best I've had in a hotel, and much appreciated after a day on the mountains. We will return.

Alexis, the night manager, when we arrived later than expected was super helpful and stayed to make us feel very welcome, the other managers were also very friendly and helped us pick great hiking trails and advised about the local area

Amazing experience!!! Locanda Collomb was our favorite stay in all of Italy. Ombretta’s hospitality and great recommendations made us feel like we were home. There was a delicious breakfast buffet every morning which prepared us for skiing. Great location, not far from phenomenal slopes of both Italy and France. La Thuile is beautiful and quiet with amazing restaurants. Please do yourself a favor and stay here

I tip my hat to the photographer. A Motel 6 or a downtrodden BnB. The room was nicely decorated with complimentary spider webs. The bathroom was nice but there was not enough shower curtain to cover the window. The walls are paper thin, could here all the bathroom pleasantries. There was not a place to store your luggage so my luggage remained on the ground. The shower head was more of a shotgun blast than a pleasant rain. If you wakeup hungry, go elsewhere. Lastly, there is nothing to see and in do in town!

Our room was really lovely but little. Super nice staff and with all the services. There's a free bus to reach the mountain just in front of the hotel. Nice!
