Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful.

Just what we expected of a small hotelin a small town in the Alps. Clean amdcomgortabke. Lots of dining options inn the area! Would certainly reccomend!

Second time in this very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is attentive. All in all really good, recommended if you are in the area.

Arrived late, was told to park in a public car park opposite the hotel. Not ideal. Car park turned out to be full. Then was told they actually had private parking but was 100m away. Took 30 minutes to sort, again not ideal late at night after driving a long way.
Apart from this, the staff were nice and helpful.
The mattress was extremely firm, and only two pillows on a double bed, with one spare in the closet.

We have stayed at the Residence Chateau on our trip to southern Italy. It is very quick to get to from the A5 motorway, love rooms and great choice of breakfast, when ever we are on this route it is always our No1 over night stop. thank you

Ok - good hotel overall, friendly staff, helpful, spacious rooms, clean (the room and bathroom were clean, the bed cover wasn’t). BUT = very noisy at night. Our room was above the restaurant / patio. The noise in the evening from the patio was ok, most clients were gone by 11pm. The problem was coming from the restaurant staff, seating and yelling on the patio after their shift, until really late. They were also smoking, the smoke was going up and entering our room. Not great when you have a baby sleeping with you. Then they ordered the table and chairs which was also very noisy. I would recommend asking for a room on the other side of the hotel.
The breakfast was really good, great choice of bread, croissant and cakes, great coffees.

We stayed several nights. The rooms are very big, and the price quite low. Owner very responsive to requests, and very friendly and kind. Roomfloor was cold, don't forget slippers. Covid-19 regulations are properly applied, felt very safe.

Warm hospitality, spacious rooms,very nice breakfast,excellent spot in the heart of Aosta valley, pet friendly, value for money.Really highly recomendable.
