This was our second visit to Hotel La Chance (Mar 2025 and Mar 2026), 2 adults and our daughter. A perfect hotel with amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Great food at dinner and a cosy bar to relax after a fun day on the slopes. A short walk to the gondola, a good warm-up before getting on the ski's! We love it here!

Bathroom was clean but horribly designed
Could reach the toilet paper when sitting on the toilet
Shower was extremely small
Bed was like a wooden board. Would not recommend for comfort but was clean

Lovely lounge area, very homely
Lovely lounge area and staff were very friendly. Nice spa area which is FOC before 4pm. Room was a bit small, not to well insulated and dark but lovely views and WiFi was very good for a hotel

Very friendly staff, very nice wellness (hot pool, finish sauna, steam sauna, nice rest area) reasonably priced at 30eur incl. bathrobe, towel & slippers. Worth a visit!

First time in Pila (and first time skiing for 20 years). Booked this lovely hotel for family holiday and only have good things to say. Staff are very friendly (and work very hard!) and look after you well. We were able to book our ski & boot hire via the hotel and they were ready and waiting for us in the hotel boot room and the skis a 5 min walk away in the hill in the locker. Evenings were delightful starting with lovely snacks served when you bought a pre-dinner drink in the bar and then on to the 4 course dinner (we were on half-board) with different menu every night over the week.

We had a fab stay at Hotel La Chance in pila. It’s a modern hotel with a touch of alpine luxury. We went for the half board option and bunch was very reasonably priced. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Breakfast was varied and plentiful , 4 course dinner delicious The snacks with drinks at the bar were a real treat. The owners were lovely and nothing too much trouble- they sorted ski hire and ski passes. It’s a short sharp walk up the hill to the first lift (10 mins) There are lots of sofa areas for chilling out in the evening, playing card games etc. Pila is a small but perfectly formed resort. Great for intermediate skiers. Thank you Hotel La Chance!

We stayed for our family ski trip and were very impressed with the comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. The views are spectacular. The food is gourmet and the options during our weeklong stay were always new and delightful. The lounge area and bar were comfortable and very family friendly. Easy access to the mountain with ski locker right near the main gondola as well as ski storage onsite. The hotel facilitated passes and rentals which made things stress free as there were no lines and super personal service. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel.
