It's awful to give a compliment. The room is sad and cramped and unfortunately you can't get a sense of it from the photos. The bathroom is horrible. The air conditioning was 15-18 degrees and didn't even give you the chance to cool down the room when you returned because when you removed the card the electricity went off. A very narrow and steep wooden staircase to get to the room without non-slip protection. The sheets are old. Unfortunately I didn't find even 1 positive thing.

Disturbing stay. We stayed at Vinslounge for just one night because we used a Smartbox voucher that included accommodation, spa, and breakfast. As the title suggests, the stay did not even partially meet our expectations: 1. The arrival was traumatic, to say the least. Due to some issues encountered during the trip, we arrived at the property half an hour late compared to the agreed-upon time, when we were supposed to have a spa treatment. When we informed the very kind Mr. Vincenzo of our delay, he reprimanded us insistently. Once we finally arrived at the property, the pilgrimage under the scorching 1:00 PM sun began: he rushed us through check-in and led us to the facility where we were supposed to have the spa treatment, which we didn't realize was a fair distance from the rooms. Result: we received the massage drenched in sweat and nervous about the situation. 2. Upon returning to the property, exhausted, our stay began in our "suite," which was not worthy of the name. The cleanliness was somewhat precarious: cobwebs, spiders, a dirty closet, worn-out furniture, wool pillows, and a filthy shower. 3. Last point: checkout. In our email exchanges, Mr. Vincenzo repeatedly emphasized the checkout time (9:30), threatening payment for the entire following day if we were late for a short time. Finally leaving the property, we went to the partner bar for breakfast, no longer having the opportunity to clean up afterward. Having stayed in several properties in Puglia, Italy, and abroad, we can conclude by advising the host to use the same meticulousness he uses when describing additional charges, in order to provide a more comfortable service for the guest.

The "suite" itself was clean, nothing to complain about, but finding old sheets (even if they are cotton, as the owner has already specified in other reviews)... they are not welcome. Not to mention the towels, what color they were,... even these were very old. For me, this room was very uncomfortable... to go to the bathroom, which was not in the room, I had to go out into the corridor and go to the bathroom. You can't sleep until 2:30 am because there is a casino downstairs, being a very busy road, until almost the morning. A negative experience for me. I used the SMARTBOX and when I booked, the amount was €0... later I received an email where the owner told me that since it is a "SUITE"... he does not cover the cost of the Smartbox and wanted an additional €20 per person per night. (Therefore paying €80 because I stayed two nights as a couple. I do not recommend it at all.

Clarity is not a priority. Pay close attention before booking to determine which accommodation you're assigned to. In fact, ask specifically whether you'll be staying on Via Fanfulla or Via Duomo. I booked the property based on the excellent reviews, but then I found myself on Via Fanfulla. The bathroom was extremely cramped, the sheets were very old, the pillows were worn, and the towels were old. Not to mention the many steps to get to the room and the extremely noisy air conditioning. Summary: Since the properties are similar and listed on the website, I'm left with the impression that Via Duomo is very nice, while Via Fanfulla is very old and that the owner manages it according to his needs. One plus, however, is that the cleanliness is very good.

We booked a night at this B&B with a €60 Wonderbox gift. The owner, very kind and helpful, immediately informed us that to book the room we would have to add €20, which we did not hesitate to do as it was justified by the superior accommodation we found (or so we were told). The room was actually pretty standard: a tiny bathroom with no bidet (if you sit on the toilet, you'll be resting your forehead on the door!!!), a shower outside the bathroom next to the bed, pre-war linens, very low and flimsy pillows, and a mattress that wasn't exactly comfortable... plus, the noise from the streets below kept us awake until 2 a.m. (not helped by the fact that it was a Saturday night). But what really disappointed us was seeing that the room we stayed in was listed on Booking for around €50, while it cost us €60 for the gift box + an additional €20 for the towels (we would have gladly spent it if it had been worth it). On a positive note, breakfast was included at the Brooklyn bar.
