Bad condition of property.

We had room 211. Small (12 sqm?) room fitted with 3 beds. WiFi was totally crap. Airco wouldn't adjust, you're either freezing cold or sweating when you switch it off. Chemical breakfast. Off town, you can't do w/o a car. Of course, there's a swimming pool and stuff, but honestly for a 4*, it's not at the expected level.

Very clean hotel with good parking and swimingpool. Stay but...dont eat... Far from the city and any restaurant and bar. You need vehicle...The stuff is so and so....elevators does not working... Sleep and...go

We had a fantastic stay. Rooms well equipped with aircon, TV, comfortable beds and WiFi. Housekeeping excellent. Sufficient breakfast served. Located close to Lecce an beautiful beaches in Puglia. Recommended car due to rural location.

+ Struttura in ottimo stato, massima pulizia, camere non.particolarmente grandi ma molto confortevoli, ottima colazione. Personale della,reception ed ai piani molto gentili e professionali. Bella piscina.
