Hotels near sea shore in Apulia

Obviously something amiss, not very clear instructions regarding parking. Hope this can be resolved after contacting Hotel Manager

Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm)

Nice hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. One thing that was impressive is that the AC is completely silent, unlike most other hotels where it is disturbing my sleep.

Unfortunately the room didn't feel nice as the carpeting was terribly dirty and with lots of stains. The wardrobe was not closing properly. The bathroom needs renovation because it is small and non-functional

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop

The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing

The hotel is nice as each room has its own small terrace and view to the nature. The pool is very nice surrounded with nature. The location is 15 minutes walking from the center and no transportation available.

Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit

quite a good room on same level as reception. we were lucky, lots of steps to the restaurant and pool not good for young families and older guests in my opinion

Great communications, excellent service. The hotel was clean and tidy at all times, the food in the restaurant very good indeed, and staff always polite and helpful. Otranto itself was delightful and very relaxing

She also sorted things for us to return on our last day in Italy, use the hotel's facilities for the day and then transfer to airport. A big weight of our minds when facing a 9pm flight with 3 small children

Situated 5minutes from the beach (the hotel has its own private area) and ten minutes from the old town the hotel is ideally situated. Recently refurbished the rooms were pleasant, light and mist have a small balcony

Beautiful hotel in a good location, near to beach, and use of hotel sun beds in the beach and round their pool. good breakfast choices and very good evening meals.

There are many public areas both inside and out with comfortable seating and some shade outdoors. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful

22€ for 2 coffees compared to 2€ each everywhere else! The bedroom was clean and bed comfortable. Shower very old! Seating in public areas were also old and ready for a change

The shower is a bit of a problem being much on the small side with switchable water sprays from all directions non of which I considered adequate. The food can best be described as delicious but very expensive

A full dinner would cost in the region of €60 per person plus drinks. We were part of a group and had two included meals which I considered memorable

As we checked in we were told there was a compulsory hotel tax for a nature reserve, pool facilities & entertainment (4 nights, €95 euros per room) the rooms were adequate (shower door worn & tiles cracked) I booked the buffet dinner to save venturing out, it was average but the downside was the fly's on the food-a turn off! Ventured out the next day to try & find places to eat, very little around...

Hotel had some particular rules for example you can't swim in the pool without a cap (which you purchase from reception) buildings are a bit 1970's holiday camp and furniture is very basic Wouldn't return but we always make the best of where we are staying

Very clean environment, both inside the bungalow and in the common areas, as well as the beach where the umbrellas were well spaced and the transparent water with an ideal backdrop for children

Very good and never intrusive entertainment, special mention for the entertainers of the mini club. Finally, 4-legged friends are welcome guests and also have a well-kept agility field at their disposal

Lovely pool area which was very relaxing, bedrooms are very clean and spacious enough. Free Shuttle bus into Torre del Orso, you can walk back if a must. The reception staff very friendly

Francesco at the pool bar was friendly. Shame other bar staff were a bit rude and didn't want to serve drinks past 10:45pm

Outside shower was nice touch, also you have air conditioner in the property . The pool was so nice but the bar was closed in our stay in September 20th here. The guy at check in was very kind

End of season and price is AMAZING for what you receive! Dinner and breakfast buffet, reserved spot on an amazing beach! Just picture "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" or the next location for "White Lotus" if you have seen either and you have a clearer picture

Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site

On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria)

The other first was instead bland and tasted very little (based on seafood). The bill is in line with the prices of the area, but not with respect to the quality of what is eaten

There is a restaurant (not tried) and the breakfast is not very abundant but all in all good. Spacious and very comfortable rooms but those close to the road are unfortunately a bit noisy

We loved the hospitality and courtesy. Location is great. Quality price ratio is optimal. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage after the checkout, so thatbwe could enjoy the day.

Parking not nearby (5-600 m uphill and on the road close to the town) but spacious and free, and this justifies the small inconvenience

The full board package includes a bottle of wine per table. While we greatly enjoyed the wine, we were surprised to find that soft drinks (Coke, orange soda, etc. ) were not included and charged as extras

Another minor issue: the in-room safe requires a key, which must be requested at reception with a €5 deposit. Carrying the key around is not ideal—a digital safe with a code would be more practical

One inconvenience involved a room assigned to one of our family members—it turned out to be an accessible room, which differs in layout and equipments from the standard room we had booked

On the positive side, the food was varied, delicious, and plentiful. A big shout-out to the chefs and the dining room staff for their outstanding service—it was truly memorable

However, a couple of aspects could be improved: there was no coffee machine or kettle in the rooms, which is usually standard in 4-star accommodations

I spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It has all of the amenities that everyone, from children to the elderly, may need: swimming pool, swimming pool for children and a relaxing swimming pool; all three kept very well

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Everyone at Thalas was incredibly nice and willing to help out with whatever we needed. The staff were very friendly, the food was great, the room was clean and comfortable

Also has a theatre and a disco, shows, cabaret and competitions. Even has a fitness centre and a spa, to keep fit. Other services are, for example, the beach volleyball court, the soccer field and also tennis

The location is great and is pretty safe and clean. There is a pharmacy, supermarket, ice cream shop and other small businesses at a walking distance

They did not follow COVID restrictions during breakfast time, everybody could touch everything, even if there was written you cannot serve yourself. But then the swimming pool and gym were closed

It’s like the food was sometimes left out for day two if it wasn’t finished the previous morning. Spa is fairly poor and small. Good location though but you need a car to travel around and it’s paid parking at €10/day

The next morning both of us were covered in mosquito bites. The last day we were there ,we had no hot water at all. We did complain to management and we received a small discount off our bill

Additionally, the pool did not open until 9 AM, which was not ideal for early risers. - Another negative point was the breakfast schedule

We landed late and needed a place to stay. Clean rooms a little older but well taken care of. Good location from the airport and reasonably priced , 99. Breakfast was included and had a great selection

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony

The hotel snack bar serves the most amazing pizzas overlooking the sea. Drink prices were very reasonable and the pool and beach area were kept immaculate. You can walk along the beach to the small village of Torre Canne

Loud music and lights on outside makes for a hard sleep. Not good with kids due to no other places nearby, a sit down 3 course meal at the hotel is a bit much to ask a 2yr old after a day at the beach
