I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly and my room was clean. If you are a light sleeper like me, the room doesn't get fully dark as the lights from electronics stay on like the air conditioner panel, and something else that was placed very high up the wall, that they tried to cover with cardboard.

loved our stay! had a wonderful massage in room. we stayed in old kitchen room - would recommend a couple cozy chairs to sit in instead of dining set but loved the large space of this room. the meal in the dining room was fabulous - Leonardo was an amazing host! highly recommend. loved the cat Philippee :) nice property to walk around in as well.

it s a family business, everybody very nice, from the owner (thats also the cook of the extra good breakfast) to the son, very kind guy. Good setting, newly renovated and extremely clean rooms. Swimming pool, kids playing area with trampoline. Family run business, everybody was very kind and welcoming. We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.

Fantastic hotel with great breakfast choice and amazing views of the Adriatic

The hotel is part of a community beach club. It is overwhelming with children at the pool and beach.i was not aware of this. There was an English channels on the tv. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful.

Disappointed Lovely hotel but everything was closed at the accommodation and there is nothing close by! Restaurant menu is very limited and the bar was non-existent!!! Biggest issue though was the hotel proximity to an open air nightclub with music blaring until 3am!

Convenient if you have a car. Room was small and poorly designed. No window, only small glass door that us awkwardly placed afainst night table. Bathroom was very small. No coffee/tea maker. No shampoo. Only partial view of the ocean obstructed by huge building. Limited and mediocre breakfast items. Noise from ballroom was awful,kept us awake one if the nights until 3:00am. We do not reccomend.

We stayed at hotel Alba in September of 2025 and we had a wonderful time. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful, even the weather and the wonderful Salento beach with its pristine water. What a beautiful stay we had there! Such clean shiny rooms. Even though it looks dated it's in immaculate condition. I would stay there again. The balcony view was perfect. The food was incredible at the breakfast buffet. The dinner was good as well. The service was great. They really did well at speaking English. We tried with our Italian as well. Very good customer service. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing views and scenery. Staff were 100% brilliant with English language, very helpful and accommodating. I am already looking at coming back later on in the summer, breakfast was very authentic and just as brilliant.

Good position, in front of the sea. We asked to be inside for the AC (since it’s the hottest week of the summer). Inside it was ok but AC could be better. Large table, comfortable for child. We got various appetisers and pasta. Taste was ok but we got shocked of the two spaghetti with mussels divided into three child. We spent 40€ + 1€ for division. That was a strange point.

Well served and excellent location, value for money, excellent! The front beach is not the best but 10 minutes by car you find yourself in a paradise !!! We got along very well with the staff and the half board service! The only flaw was the room a bit small but definitely for the next time we will ask for a bigger one !!!

First of all the staff was great. The room was clean and fine, with no amenities. The modernisation of a very old building is not an easy task, but they did a great job here with Akropolis hotel. There is great food in town, but not at this hotel. There is no parking space in the area.

We spent 5 relaxing nights in this beautiful masseria, family run with friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool & gardens very much. Excellent resort in a beautifully restored and decorated building in the heart of old Ugento. Very attentive owner and staff who provided us with a great breakfast on the roofterrace every morning. Absolutely beautiful accomodations! We had a stunning room with a fireplace and a large bathroom with a double whirlpool. The room had two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom had a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom had a single bed. The breakfast was filling each morning. It is very near the Ugento Castle as nd only a short walk into the town for shopping.

This is a very special place! My husband and my 5-year old son spent a week at Monforte and we were sad to leave the place. The hospitality of Salvatore and his family is second to none. While the overall experience was okay, - with a view to the comparably rather high room rates - there were a few Disappointments which led to my reduced rating: - fresh towels provided only every three days (even if dirty from the beach) - loud music at the pool all day and at some nights - most of the staff speaks no English at all, did not understand common tourist words like towel or orange juice...

The hotel is easily reachable from the train station. It is basic and already dated interiors in the room. We booked for 2 days and got a noisy room hearing trains pass by. We asked reception to switch to a room on the street side and got it arranged for our 2nd day without problem.

The Hotel is near train station,City Center in Trani…easy access to Highway to another Cities. The Staff are all friendly, the breakfast Buffet was more than enough.

Common areas of hotel are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and with a fridge! Receptionists are very helpful and breakfast is nice but the cooked food should be kept in a warmer, every morning bacon and eggs where stone cold.

Decent Ibis located close to the station (quiet room nevertheless) and short walk from the centre. Breakfast had decent choices as well. Unfortunately, ALL loyalty is not “as important” here but hopefully the team’s approach will be improved. Overall, good value hotel so would stay again.

Stunning location, elegant rooms, stylish decor, brilliant chef. This must be one of the very best places to stay in Puglia. Slight note of caution, that it would be best to avoid weekends in May and September when the hotel doubles as a wedding venue. But otherwise it's perfect.
