We were part of a walking group. This hotel is spotlessly clean and in a lovely corner of the Centro storico. The staff are lovely - my only gripe is it lacks a proper bar area to just sit and socialise. They didn't mind you sitting in the breakfast room but it's not the same!

Nice hotel in the centre of Altamura reachable by car, the hotel offers a free valet parking service. Very good professional service. The property is in need of a refurbishment to regain its former glamour.

This lovely, 17th century palazzo was our home for a week as part of a walking holiday. We stayed in this hotel for the whole week and really liked it. We had nice and modern room, which was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was great as well as the service. This hotel had two buildings on opposite sides of a square, so rooms clearly vary considerably. It is within walking distance of the station and the old town and therefore some distance from modern area. Our corner room was spacious, well-furnished and had nice harbour views. Breakfast was good and we had a nice dinner in Il Porto - one of several nearby restaurants.

Breakfast and dinner both very nearly perfect. Cakes at breakfast need to be more moist, and bread is not as exciting as might be. Liked the staff a lot. Very fond of the ambience of the plain white unfussy masseria itself. Swimming pool couldn’t be much better especially for a rubbish swimmer.

We stayed 1 night here in Gallipoli and can say it was a nice experience. As an introduction we were shown the place by the owner explaining some of its history. It is only a 10 minuite walk to Gallipoli old town. The building has quite a lot of antique furniture which give its charm to this buiding. Cleanliness all around. It feels a bit like walking in a museum in a nice way.

If you are a light sleeper like me, the room doesn't get fully dark as the lights from electronics stay on like the air conditioner panel, and something else that was placed very high up the wall, that they tried to cover with cardboard.

Good setting, newly renovated and extremely clean rooms. Swimming pool, kids playing area with trampoline. Family run business, everybody was very kind and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, all homemade, and owners encourage you to pack yourself a takeaway lunch. This itself makes it an excellent value for money stay!
