I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to truly feel on a holiday. Rooms are comfortable, the superb location next to the beach, and the service from Francesca and Carlo was 10/10! Special mention to the hearty breakfasts ⭐️

On the pictures it indicates that there was seating options in the garden, but there wasnt. The parking garage was full,so we had to park on the street where parking was difficult and expensive. The shower did not close fully. The sink was blocked when we arrived. The tenant was not very friendly. When the Aircon did not work he wanted to make me believe that I was unable to manage the remote control to then find out that the battery was low. Apparently I oversaw that we did book without breakfast. When asking, they tenant did not even offer us to have breakfast. The safe was not securely installed. You could easily carry it out of the hotel room. The room and hotel was clean but absolutely overpriced for what you get and the service.

Vriendelijk en klantgerichtheid personeel. Vlakbij de zee. Schoon en alles nieuw. Parkeren goed geregeld, pf in de garage of vlak voor de deur tegen kleine vergoeding.

I booked the same day of my stay at 5 oclock in the afternoon. At 8 they called me to tell me not to go anymore because they will close tje reception. At 8 oclock in Italy im tje middle of the summer!! Of couse i couldnt believe it, I asked the guy to wait for me, I was 25 min away in the road. He was extremely rude and hanged up the phone on my face. At 8 30 I had to look for a new place to stay when I arrived in Otranto alone...I would never recommend this place to stay. The rudeness and disrespect is something bery uncommon in Puglia. Anywhere you will fond nice people so better to stay away from this place. On top of everything I asked tjem to return my money then and of course it didnt happen. A terrible experience
