Beautiful surroundings, privacy in a secluded bay, crystal-clear sea, and good food including fish, fruit, and vegetables. However, the rooms are very small with older furnishings. This was compensated by the excellent evening entertainment – especially the theatre shows. At first, it was difficult to get used to the fact that sunbeds on the sandy beach come at an extra charge, and finding a free...
Possibly the most unique resort I’ve ever been to unique and beautiful x nature and architecture comes as one truly incredible
Returning to Le Cale d'Otranto Beach Resort with our family and friends was simply wonderful. The location and the architecture, which seamlessly blends with the landscape, are truly amazing, enjoying it every single moment. We were greeted by friendly and service-minded staff who made our holiday perfect for relaxation, whether in the stunning bay, the natural cave La Cricca, or the swimming pools...
We loved the entertainment staff and activities they created, particularly those in the evening. This is definitely a place for families. The sea was beautiful and all facilities (football, volleyball, archery, swimming) are great. The room was small and basic but sufficient.
Golf Coach Pier Luigi taught my son his very first golf lesson. We subsequently had several more lessons because he enjoyed himself so much, ending our stay with a mini game. Pier Luigi is an extraordinary gifted coach, imparting critical knowledge in an understandable and engaging way, to enable my son to grasp the techniques required to play his few holes of golf. Coach Pier Luigi has sparked a...
Le Cale d’Otranto is the most amazing place in Puglia. We have stayed there for three times now, and we are eager to come back. The rooms are cozy and authentic with a charming terrace or a small yard. The food is fantastic. The entertainment holds high class singers, actors, dancers and athletes. Everywhere you look there is an incredible view and atmosphere. An absolute must see.

We had an amazing family holiday at Robinson Apulia! We travelled with families both with and without kids of different ages – and everyone had the best time. There’s truly something for everyone, whether you want to relax or stay active. The staff are absolutely wonderful – always kind, helpful and genuinely caring. A huge thank you to Lars, the hotel manager, for his warmth and dedication, and to...
I had the absolute pleasure of spending a week at Robinson Apulia at the end of September and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional and especially the Entertainment/Sounds/Light Team around Veronica, Antonio, Riccardo & Rodolfo created shows and parties to remember. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear waters...
A wonderful Resort with plenty to do or rest and relax as you wish. It was extremely clean, well kept and a big thank you to Rosarie and Barbara for keeping our rooms so lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and polite, food was amazing and lots of variety for even the fussiest of eaters. I came with my daughter and we had a really lovely holiday. Thank you so much Robinson Apulia
Always great to come back her. Very nice staff and especially the security staff around dennis biggemann was very friendly and supportive.
Beautiful nature and family fun at Apulia Being at the Robinson Apulia was such a beautiful experience. The hotel atmosphere is very special the moment you enter the location with a flair of lightness and nice summer vibes. The nature becomes always part of your view, a big highlight for us, and with the charming path that takes you to the sea which is so crystal clear and warm with a nice music...
This time, we spent one week of our holidays here. Although we had a wonderful stay at the hotel, I also noticed several points that could be improved. The first point I would like to emphasize is the issue of language barriers. I know this place is renowned internationally and that its headquarters are in Germany, so I completely understand that many staff members speak German. However, given the...

I stayed at GranSerena Hotel during a business trip and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between professional and relaxing — elegant interiors, immaculate service, and a touch of Mediterranean soul in every detail. Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for...
Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! Our stay at Gran Serena was fantastic – beautiful location, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff for their help in a difficult situation – they found and returned my lost wedding ring. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely come back! 💛
We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines...
The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.
The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.
The stay was pleasant and I would say the following: Pros -restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian. -beach is nice and good general facilities - hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello Cons -unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Room cleaning was lovely, gf options at breakfast which food was also good- we had no WiFi all week but they did try to fix it with a booster. Staff was pleasant and Massage was great!
Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not very tasty. A lot of bread to choose from if you like that. Could use some pancakes or french toast.
Very nice however our room had many ants roaming around our front door
Nice resort on the seaside Didn’t like that you couldn’t have anything to eat after nine at night. When travelling and arrive late, you have no option. Other than that, nice place to stay
Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Amazing. The resort is faultless, from location, to food, to the kids club. We had the pleasure of staying for 2 weeks with our 4 year old son. We had an amazing week at Vivosa Apulia Resort! The location is absolutely stunning – surrounded by nature and just a 10-minute walk through pine trees from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!
This hotel is nice, but out dated. The staff is very friendly and most of the speaks English fairly well. The room was nice, and beds were comfortable. The lifts were old and half of the were out of service. Location wise it's a 15 minutes walk to the old town center.
Nice room, beautiful surroundings
Beautiful stay just steps from the center of Lecce... Comfortable and welcoming location with a beautiful pool... Super breakfast!!!
Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.
Modern structure, located near the historic center of Lecce, easily reachable on foot. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Thank you!

There are features that are superbe, others that need improvement. Great features: location, swimming pools, personnel at the swimming pool and for lunch/dinner. An excellent features: NO BAREERS, YOU CAN GO EVERYWHERE WITH A STROLLER, there is always an alternative to stairs. So, fantastic for parents with little kids. Not so good: personnel at breakfast, noisy fans in the restrooms, some old things...
Starting from the fact that the Corvino resort is a place to visit in summer (where there are many more activities) I do not recommend it if you plan to go there in winter or spring, besides this the rooms were very simple with the minimum essential but welcoming, the food was of good quality and the cleanliness of the rooms was good
The security staff at gates were amazing. Very friendly, informative and helpful 😍
The rooms desperately need maintenance and updating. The bed was broken, the door handle kept coming off, the bathroom door constantly got stuck, holes everywhere, no WiFi, barely any channels working on TV even for the kids. Shuttle efficient. Hotel was just what I needed for early flight. Clean and comfortable room.
Clean room. Polite and efficient staff. The fixtures and fittings are modern and extremely well maintained. The hotel is more than an airport hotel and was a very welcome stopover before finishing my journey.
Our stays at the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa were outstanding. We stayed two nights (October 31 and November 4, 2025) as our niece was arriving on a late night flight from Barcelona and flying out on an early morning flight. Very clean hotel and the bed was very nice. We only stayed one night, it was quiet. Staff was very helpful, and the airport shuttle made our trip to the airport stress free.
After visiting my family, I had to leave early in the morning, and this was the perfect place to stay before my flight. The kindness of the director and the thoughtfulness shown when I needed a last-minute room were truly exceptional. I enjoyed a delicious in-room dinner with fresh, traditional dishes from our region (at a great price!), and the spa was the perfect way to relax before a long journey...
Aside from an awkward and abrupt check-in, nothing but appreciation to the dinner staff, and the day staff of our stay. We came from Lithuania in 2026 of April. We're amazed from beautiful city, friendly staff and delicious food. Thank you very much, *****
We stayed with Great Rail journeys and will not be travelling with them again if this is indicative of their choice of accommodation. In fairness the rooms were nice spacious/comfortable and clean but the resort was not well organised. The quality of food was good when they had enough but witnessed serving staff cutting portions in half to try and eke it out. If they ran out it did not seem to...
It's sort of like a Butlins holiday you have coloured wrist bands and live in little rooms that are very basic. Would l come again No
Be aware that the porters who take cases to rooms are excessively rough...they bent the handle on my new suitcase to such an extent it wouldn't go down.
We went with Great Rail Company which was our first attempt with them . The rooms in the hotel were very spacious and clean and possibly the best air conditioning we have ever had in a room . The pool area was very spacious and with two pools more than adequate sun beds , no getting up early to reserve a sun bed required . we were all inclusive but beware that was only up until 10pm although the bar...

Great experience! Special mention for the Latin dance classes with Gilberto latino. Amazing energy, talent and attitude. His classes and presence were the highlight of our stay. Thank you!
Highly recommend! This was a great hotel. Clean and very spacious with a feeling of high standard (for Italian standard). There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access. Really a beautiful hotel. The hotel area is so big that you actually wanna call it a resort. If you like the old luxury style, then you'll love this hotel. A good experience but lacking in some areas for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the facilities are pretty good although the lower large pool is getting pretty tired. A lovely hotel, clean and chilled - well mostly. The hotel is well situated for travel out to Monopoli and Ostuni town. Although this hotel is lovely, very clean, with stunning pools and a nice restaurant, I cannot recommend it for families. We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.
We stayed just one night. Location-wise, it wasn’t great since it’s quite far from the old city — a taxi ride cost around €25–30, which was a bummer. I booked this hotel for our last night of our 2 weeks holiday in Puglia. Next morning we were heading to Rome on early train. So the hotel is located perfectly. The hotel was clean and room was small but has essential things for your needs. Sound proof could be better. The breakfast was included and was good. They offered us for a welcome drink session, but we couldn’t join in due to our schedule....
Location is good, next to the Central Train Station. Rooms are very clean and tidy. I will book this hotel if visit Bari again
Pros: (1) Amazing location right next to the main train station. Perfect base to explore nearby areas. (2) Staff are friendly and helpful.  Cons: (1) While the room is clean, our pillows were extremely stinky. Hopefully it’s an isolated case.  (2) Paper thin walls. We could hear the entire conversation of our neighbours in the next rooms even when they were, apparently, talking at normal volume...
Very good personal. Good breakfast. Good location. Our stay was pleasure..
A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.
The best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast. We arrived very late due to issues with transport, but the front desk was open and able to check us in, no problem.

This hotel has a nice look, comfortable common spaces. The triple room we booked was very spacious. There also was a balcony with a fantastic view on Peschici. Three restaurant food was great, very tasty. The three swimming pools are very spacious. The beach is close and particularly beautiful.
Good food, pools, beach and cleaning. Just car park is a problem: quite far away, no security and no luggage download zones @ reception so needed to carry luggages without trolley
Excellent hotel in the area of the foreland there the Gargano. Food and accommodation on the level. Near the town of Peschici. Beautiful environment, coast rugged and yet suitable for all categories of visitors. Access to the sea gradually. Worth it to visit once more.

Hilton Garden Inn Lecce, Lecce1 / 30
8.1
Apulia, Lecce, Via Cosimo De Giorgi 62 🧭 Map
Not bad HG Inn Hotel about a 20 min walk to all the tourist attractions within the City. Room and bathroom were larger than expected and a big plus was real pillows, yes I mean real pillows!! Lovely and soft and not the high density polyester type that most hotels use now to save a few $$$$. Unfortunately the inhouse internet service appeared to be hacked during the last two days of my stay with my...
Amazing experience, quiet room, big space, clean and comfortable
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lecce, and I went in with pretty high expectations since it’s a 4 star hotel. On the positive side, it was nice enough for a stay in terms of basic convenience and the general location. However, I was genuinely surprised at how dated the room felt. Everything inside seemed quite old and a bit cramped, which didn’t match the four-star expectation I had...
The hotel meets Hilton standards; both rooms were very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool is large and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Lecce, all the way to the sea. Unfortunately, we had to pay an additional €80 because apparently only one person was listed in the booking (of two rooms) 🤓. Should I book the rooms myself? This meant that the overnight stay cost us considerably more than...
The hotel is a bit dated, relatively close to the city center. The staff was excellent.
Dated and stained carpeted room, average bathroom cleaning, no kit (headphones, disposable slippers, etc.). Abundant breakfast with quality products.
