Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. Excellent host, very nice and professional. Very cat friendly. Feel free to bring your four-legged friends. I would stay here again without hesitation and have recommended it to all my friends.

Convenient location just steps from the center, large and cozy room, and impeccable cleanliness.
Lots of amenities, such as the ability to make coffee/herbal tea, disposable slippers, shower gel, etc.
The owners were very kind and gave us lots of tips about the city of Matera and also recommended places to eat traditionally.
Really comfortable accommodation!

Centrally located, just steps from Matera's historic center, Myricae stands out for several features. The rooms, first and foremost, are large, spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with fully equipped bathrooms. Twin pillows, a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, curtains, slippers, earplugs, and Wi-Fi are provided. A breakfast area with a coffee pod machine, kettle, tea/chamomile tea bags, a refrigerator with bottles of filtered water for each room, and biscuits is available (the property does not offer breakfast, but has a special arrangement with a nearby bakery for those who wish). The very convenient check-in system allows you, after providing the necessary information, to access a link via your mobile phone that opens the front door to the property. And above all, Martina's courtesy and helpfulness, following your entire stay with messages, directions, and suggestions, greatly simplifying your stay and making it truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect as it is close to both Matera Central public transportation and the main Matera town attractions. The hosts were accomodating with our last minute booking and gave a warm welcome. We would stay again.

With a colleague, we stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The entire atmosphere was so friendly and cozy, like at home. The managers were extremely polite and supportive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The self-check in was very easy and allowed to enter the facility at any time. Free water, coffee and tea were at our disposal during all the time. I also liked that the hotel was plastic free and all bathroom products were bio. In addition, it is located on a quite street, in a walking distance from the train and bus stations and the city center. I will definitely stay there next time when I travel to Matera!

Very nice room, friendly staff, well equipped, even with a small café and tea area for self service. The city is easy to reach on foot in a few minutes. Unfortunately I only had one night, but the accomodation would definitely have been a good place to stay for several days.

It’s such a cute B&B. Super easy to get to and was in a central location. Close to the city center. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here in Matera. Check in was super easy, the rooms were very nice, very clean, and the shower was great! I appreciate that they don’t use harsh products on the sheets or anything because some places really do. Not here! The location is great, just steps from the main square which is incredibly lovely. Parking was really easy in a nearby underground parking that is reserved for hotel and apartment guests, about a 4 minute stroll from the apartment. Cheap at 20 for 24 hours, and if you fold that into the low cost of the rooms, it’s not worth hunting elsewhere for that. Our rooms had lovely small balconies over the street. The rooms are not exactly as pictured on *******, they are nicer! Just book ‘em! 😀

The property itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. however, the amenities were not as advertised on ******* when we booked. There is no on site Parking, no Laundry facilities, and no paid Breakfast as advertised, so be aware if that is what you need when you book.
