Breakfast it’s a disaster! Staff not so friendly.When you get breakfast the blonde woman looks at you and gives you croissants and coffee like she gives from his food without money.The rooms are very old with cracked walls.The pool is very clean and nice.Never in this place.

Stayed a HM few years back via Transat holiday , room was clean with a view ! the food was above par for a 3 stars hotel and the staff were friendly and great , overall , a very nice base to explore Amafil coast and pompei near by , but best get car and you can see so much more.

Nice place. The first girl that served us at the lobby was Italian, English and French. She's really nice. She gave us an amazing service and welcome us great:) . The restaurant is really good and we also have great service. The rooms are clean, we have a super nice view of the sea and the pool but our room is so tinny and we have a really small shower and the bed is really hard. But that is only my opinion

Super clean beautiful pool area. Beach at hotel is not really accessible. Food was not great. But overall not a bad spot.

Stayed 15 nights with Air Transat package. Hotel staff were wonderful.. Food excellent.. Beds a little hard but rooms very clean... Hotel arranged rental car and boat cruise... Swimming pool was heavenly after a long day walking and shopping...
City beach starts right beside the hotel and is approx 1/2 km long .. Tourist shopping district in close walking distance below castle.. Could not have been happier with our stay..

My husband and I booked this trip Via Transat.
We arrived June 10 and staying for a week. After we checked in we went to our room. The hotel is dated as was expected. Seemed clean.
Until my husband pulled the sheets down for bed....there was a stain on the sheet that appeared to be new, so much so that when he pulled back the top sheet it was on the bottom sheet as well.
He was extremely annoyed. He went down to the reception and told them. She came back up to the room with him and tried to tell us it was soap! That the sheets were clean! I pulled the top sheet back and showed her the bottom sheet. How could there possibly be a soap stain in the same spot! Really!!!
The manager approached us 2 DAYS later and apologized. Offered us nothing.
Not a nice way to our vacation in Italy!!
