With a reservation made in April, we arrived in Naples on 4 October (for the first time ever). Our entire stay was paid in advance, and the owner confirmed the day before that he had duly received it. About 1 hour before our arrival, the owner cancelled our reservation by email, so at 7pm we were standing there - two retired women - in Naples without accommodation. I won't tell you how this ruined our stay, but mostly I will say that the owner has NOT RETURNED THE BOOKING FEE since.

Stayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. I had a very early morning departure, and, breakfast was made available to me. You will need to insert 20 cents into a box each time you use the communal lift in the property since the property is on a high floor. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay in Naples, close to all the attractions and numerous places to eat very close by. Quiet location and lovely room. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Melania keeps everything clean, pleasant and welcoming. The property is super nice, few steps to Via Toledo and the best restaurants and shopping in Napoli. Next to Toledo subway station and the Spanish Quarters. Excellent!

Awesome
Super friendly staff. Very communicative with checking in. Wifi worked perfect. Whole place was fully restored so it was very clean/like new, and had awesome soundproof windows. Great little balcony. Air conditioning. Excellent neighbourhood. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

Very private space. Quiet (except outside Saturday night), nice breakfast. Kind staff, clean.
I only disliked the number of doors I had to unlock/lock each time I left/came back. I may have made it harder than necessary.
I would recommend to others though. Felt very safe.

Booking a stay at this place WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Despite booking and paying for our room months in advance, it was canceled less than 24 hours before our trip. This caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly advise against booking here, as they clearly operate unethically and cheat their customers.

We had twice the PROBLEM with this property, like MANY customers before us. We made in advance (many months before) and at the same time, both reservations.
Firt time, they canceled last minute (24h before) our booking JUST LIKE THAT. We had to pay more for another one.
Second time, just few days after, we couldun’t manage to come in crazy CHACK IN HOURS (only from 3-6 PM!!!) and property didn’t want to accept any our sugestion (solution) for our comming around 21h due to some problems we have on the road. At the end I suggest free cancelation witch they refuse. Again, we had to pay again for another accomodation.
So my question is how is possible that they can cancel first time my booking just like that without paying any penalties and I have to pay everithing, for all problems at both times I investigated a little and read that this happened very offen with this property.
Wher is here our protection as consumers? I'm a loyal frequent costumer and I have never experienced something similar. The staff was very unpleasant and illiterate.
