Do not recommend at all. GM does not reply to my e-mails - unacceptable in hospitality business. Villa Mediterranea Capri is a part of Tiberio Palace - the same property - 1 building. Staff was unhelpful. My anniversary trip was spoiled. Had to change to another 5 star hotel on the island. Anyway, I filed a complain through EU ECC (European Consumer Center) and the management did not reply - poor service. Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Never again.

Villa is a part of Capri Tiberio Palace in the same building. Do not recommend, unpleasant stuff, not helpful, they treat guests like thieves. never again, I had to change Tiberio to another 5***** hotel in Capri. GM does not respond my email. I filed a complain through ECC-net (consumer complain) and they do not respond. Tiberio is a big hotel group and disregards EU entities - unacceplable.

Great position near center but also on a quite spot, with gorgeous views. The service is really top level. The right choice for Capri
