We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance.
Would definitely go again.

We were one of the rooms which was away from the main hotel. The room was clean a bit dated by ok. Very good value.

The staff were nice a friendly. The hotel is a nice place to relax. The bus stops outside the hotel and the islands bus service is amazing €14 for a weeks ticket and buses run every 15 minutes even at night.

No where near Forio yo need to get a bus or taxi it’s on a hill with only a small supermarket and chemist across the main road The first room we were given was so far away from pools etc at 150 also looking into someone house as the owner seems to have bought up areas we were moved to 311 which was far better Watch out if you are given rooms 800 plus These are across the main road and either up a dark lane or on the main road at the bend The reception staff were rude as per other reviews The food was good The pool bar staff were really nice and friendly the lunchtime food was good as well but you couldn’t get a hot lunch after 2.30 as the kitchen closed It was cheaper to drink cocktails than vodka and tonics The owner made his presence every day and night in the restaurant There was a bus to take you town to the beach but it was quite expensive Having been in ischia town before I really wish we had gone there again just due to the proximity of all the shops and bars It was a relaxing holiday

Just totally sublime . Relaxing , friendly , pristine . Just perfect in so many ways. I stay in hotels frequently .. work and pleasure and I’d have to say this was definitely a nice surprise. Better than 5 star Barbados . I was with my son and his young family . The staff are so genuinely lovely . Nothing fake or contrived . I would have to say this is the best break I’ve had in quite a few years and I take quite a few each year . Vincenza in reception and the staff at the bar by the pool are exceptional . I never , ever go back to the same place twice .. but I would come back here ..

Upon arrival, our luggage was taken, which at first seemed like good service, but only because we had to walk 350 meters up and down steep terrain, past private houses unrelated to the hotel. Finding the way was so difficult that a staff member had to guide us – something they appeared to do for all guests. At reception we asked if there was a mistake, but were told that other rooms were even further away, while those closer to the main building were of much lower standard. This meant a 700-meter round trip not only for breakfast every morning, but also for every visit to the hotel facilities – something I would never recommend for elderly or less mobile guests. The rooms are outdated but functional, though we found mold around the air conditioning outlet. Fortunately, we only stayed a week. The view of the sea was beautiful, but that was the highlight. Pictures online match somewhat, but are clearly more flattering than reality. Mandatory swimming caps in the pool were never mentioned beforehand, and even hotel photos show guests swimming without them. Breakfast was disappointing: staff ate directly from the buffet while guests were still dining, and the coffee machine barely worked. The restaurant view was lovely, but impossible to enjoy due to the number of wasps outside. Overall, the surroundings are beautiful, but the service, facilities, and honesty in presentation fall far short of 4-star standards.

The room is not very clean and the facilities are relatively backward, but the overall service of the hotel is okay. Except for paying great attention to its restaurant, I ordered two dishes for 70 euros. The price is not based on the dishes, but on a per-person basis, which is 35 euros per person.

The outdoor pool was large enough to swim, sometimes a bit too warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the view are beautiful.

We had a very unpleasant stay here. Some of staff are very rude. The buildings are old and falling apart and the pool is overcrowded. There is nothing relaxing about this place. When we arrived we were forced to wait an hour in a chaotic, crowded lobby with luggage everywhere for our room to become available even though it was past check-in time. When we were finally shown to our room we were ushered into a pitch black lift with no light and the staff member had to use his phone torch to see (light was never fixed). The room was very humid, in fact my boyfriend’s brand new passport curled up! The wifi in our room did not work. There were never any sun loungers available at the pool- people were circling like vultures and guests were just leaving towels on chairs and disappearing for hours. Restaurant staff arrived late on multiple occasions. The main outside “thermal pool” was just a regular chlorinated pool and the hot thermal water pipe that was supposed to feed into it was bone dry. The whirlpool bath in the spa only had one button that worked and the emotional shower also had similar problems. This place is a rip-off. Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere on this beautiful island. Definitely not a 4 star!
