Hotel Villa Durrueli Resort & Spa in Ischia Town

It is our last day of a fortnight holiday here in Ischia and it’s been fantastic. The hotel is relatively small hotel but with a great pool plus a small spa. The staff at this hotel are top draw, so friendly and accommodating. Starting in reception with Laura and Emilio plus another 2 whose names I can’t remember. Lots of advice and guidance given when asked , many thanks. Our room was a junior suite which was a good size if lacking in storage space. My wife brings LOTS of clothes on holiday. The bed was enormous and SOO comfortable. Breakfast is served to your table with a variety of croissants cakes eggs bacon etc. All very good . Only disappointment was the fruit offering was a bit dull the same every morning. Apart from that very good . The staff work very hard to please. Sarah was the only name I know but everyone was worth a mention. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Ponte and a 15 minute bus ride to the port area both full of restaurants. The Hotel is situated in a quiet part of town so little noise to disturb a peaceful night sleep.

What a fantastic hotel this is! This was our first visit although lots of our family members have stayed over the years. The hotel is immaculate spotlessly clean. Food quality exceptional . The Arganese restaurant on the rooftop is off the scale!!! The staff Lorenzo Laura and colleagues on front desk cannot do enough for you !! Then Sara, Mario, Vinny and Otto are just a few of the other staff who are so amazing at their jobs we are totally blown away and will definitely be returning next year!!! What a gem of a place 10/10

My husband and I had an amazing week at this hotel, the room was spotless and very comfy, the location couldn’t have been better and so quiet with it being next to the park. But the highlight was the friendly and welcoming staff, Sara and breakfast team, couldn’t do enough for us each morning. Vinnie and the restaurant team again were so friendly and helpful, Mario at the pool and the reception team, all made us feel welcome and valued in the hotel. If you want a great location and relaxing visit to ischia this is the hotel for you.

We had an absolutely gorgeous time here. The staff are helpful and friendly without exception. Lovely breakfast service, friendly and helpful receptionists and a smiley Mario by the pool! (The swimming pool is absolute perfection). Bedrooms are great - very clean. Good location. Highly recommended.

Beautiful island. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Had a fantastic time staying there.

Lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and fresh from walking in the door on arrival to sitting around the pool and relaxing in the bedroom - very comfy beds. All the staff are very friendly, especially Sara, Laura and Lorenzo but to be honest we couldn’t fault any of them - the cleaning ladies were always very smiley and obliging too. Highly recommend this hotel - great position midway between the castle and the port area - you’ll certainly get your steps in. Lovely breakfast but didn’t get around to trying the restaurant unfortunately.

A pleasant, quiet European hotel. Delicious breakfasts, a restaurant with a view for dinner. There's a private pool and spa area. Convenient location—the sea is 2 minutes away, and streets with restaurants are 3 minutes away. There's a large botanical garden nearby, free admission—birds sing inside, and there are benches for relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s centred between the Port and the Castle area so both are an easy walk in the evening. We loved the breakfast which is served in a beautiful, airy room. The staff are all fabulous and the roof top restaurant is spectacular. Pool is perfect for the size of the hotel (32 rooms) and there’s a nice bar/snack area next to it We’d go back here anytime, it was fabulous

View from the room was spectacular, room was clean, staff were friendly and spoke English well.
