Rooms: extremely small shower booth, bit worn facilities.
Service was quite good, language barrier was raised surprisingly often.
Location was very convenient, between the two 'central' areas.
The pool was very nice, as was the spa section. Breakfast 4/5.

The hotel is a beautiful place for those foreigners who are already initiated into the nature of Italy. You can relax here in a truly italian way: the hotel is an oasis of greenery (a beautiful garden), experiencing the culture of a thermal spa (which the entire island is) and exceptional peace (the majority of guests at the hotel are Italians in retirement age). The food is delicious. I recommend the option of 2 meals, because the second is a real Italian 4-course dinner, a different menu every day, a different set of local specialties. Drinks during dinner are payable (like HB mode). Once a week there is a more formal dinner, with live music. And apart from that, peace, without any "entertainment" or other "animations". You can relax well here. Thermal water in both pools provides relief. In the internal one, the water is hot, there are hydromassages. Sauna and gym are closed - they probably make sense out of season, not in the real heat in summer. The hotel probably has a long history, the staff is very professional and nice. So in opposite to other recent commenters, I was very satisfied. It was a real italian vacation:)

Great place to stay, the staff is really kind and professional, they will solve immediately if there is any issue in the room, they will help you with bookings and information, The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and impeccably maintained, location wise is perfect as is a 5 min walk to the town center and the beach.

Lovely place only complaint the food is served too quickly. I would prefer a break between courses. Everything else was very good, particularly it's location.

Excellent quiet location with thermal springs. Beautiful interior, close to the center (10 minutes walk). Supermarket with everything you need in 5 minutes walk. There is a Parking lot. Disadvantages: for Breakfast some women coming in the bath robes, to see this phenomenon during the meal unpleasant. Wish hotels need to adjust, let the house go as you please. At Breakfast there are dirty towels on the floor are the corks from wine that says that the evening had not been cleaned. But in General, very beautiful, lots of flowers, the interior in Maritime style. Want tischiny and tranquility you here!
