Villa Fiorella Art Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel with impeccable service. From the start of our trip, every detail of our stay was looked after. We were visiting the region for a friend’s wedding and the staff could not have been more helpful: from arranging last minute taxis, finding a hairdresser to come to the hotel for my wife, everyone made the stay incredibly smooth and welcoming. My wife and I also loved Massa Lubrense - very close to Sorrento, the town feels very local and authentic.

Art Hotel Villa fiorella is an amazing hotel, in a perfect location. We stayed here for 6 nights and we were so glad we did. The rooms and the hotel were beautiful, the staff were amazing and couldn’t have done enough for us. It was nice to have a hotel that was off the beaten track but also close to Sorrento if you wanted to visit there. Sorrento was very busy when we visited so coming back to this hotel was like a breath of fresh air. We had some drinks in the sky bar while at the hotel and it was an experience in itself, the views are just amazing. It’s the type of hotel that you don’t want to leave, it just had everything we needed. We are really looking forward to coming back. Thankyou to all the staff, you were all outstanding.

Wow comes to mind firstly when I think about our stay at Villa Fiorella Hotel! We stayed for 4 days after doing extensive sightseeing in Rome and Napels and I'm so glad I booked this hotel for our last leg and to relax. The Hotel has the most amazing view, the pool, outside areas, the rooms were light, airy and immaculate. The food was divine and tasted amazing, could not fault a single aspect of our stay, from when we arrived to when we left. I would defiantly be booking again some time in the near future. 5* Hotel and beyond without a doubt.

We had the most wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with what must be the best view in Sorrento. The staff went above and beyond throughout our visit and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade for my husband’s 40th birthday, which made our stay extra special. The food was divine – especially breakfast, which quickly became a highlight of our trip. Each morning we looked forward to the delicious pastry combination of the day, always fresh and beautifully presented. The attention to detail here is second to none – it felt like the hotel had thought of everything. We left feeling completely relaxed and already longing for our next visit. We truly could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My room was incredible, with a view that was even better than the pictures. Waking up to that view every morning was just amazing. The whole place had such a relaxed and calm vibe, which was exactly what I needed. The food was delicious, with something new and exciting to try every day. But what really made the experience special was the sommelier. I'm not a wine expert, but they were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me discover some wines I absolutely loved. The wine tasting was so much fun, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. This was definitely one of the best vacations I've ever had.

Very, very nice hotel! The view is phenomenal ! Beautiful pool, loved the bar and restaurant at the pool. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing and to finish the hotel staff is super friendly and always at your disposal. I would definitly recommend this hotel.

We have just spent a wonderful week at the Villa Fiorella art hotel - it was everything we were hoping for, and more! The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel, it’s all ways fantastically peaceful and the hotel staff are very adept at making you feel like the centre of the universe. The pool and amenities are beautiful, well laid out and equipped. Our room was amazing, and housekeeping ensured it was immaculate and tidy for the whole week. We ate a number of meals at the hotel, breakfast with the most amazing view, lunches by the pool, and a truly stunning tasting menu with the wine pairing to celebrate our last evening. The hotel is located in the very lovely Massa Lubrense. It’s close enough to Sorrento to make busses and taxis simple, but far enough that it feels like a peaceful haven. Massa lubrense has a great selection of bars and restaurants and we enjoyed spending time walking round the town too. We also spent time in the hotels private spa, a fantastic well thought out experience that my husband and I both loved! He also spent time in the gym and was very happy with the range of equipment and weights. All in, a truly exceptional stay made even more special by fabulous staff. Thank you all!
