SCAM COMPLETELY AWFUL AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Fabiola the main host is rude and unreasonable, she “checked” our self catering accommodation when we were out. Constantly felt as if we were being watched. Told off for leaving air conditioning on by mistake. No restaurant, no service no nothing just the pool. Advertised as a hotel with loads of amenities. ANTS in living area after a few days of stay entering out of the air conditioning and a plug socket, all over couch and floor. Told this was our fault for having cleaned recycling in a bag in the accommodation and that we would receive a free clean of the room but there was still ants after this. Told we could not receive a refund or a change of accommodation despite the ants crawling all over the walls. Shower was tiny, cooking facilities old, rude staff, all together an awful experience. Could be great without horrible staff, terrible communication, dated buildings and the ant infestation,

Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures and do not stay here. As soon as we arrived we were told there was a problem with our booking and we were shaken down for an extra $100. The lady at the front desk was VERY not polite about it and VERY unaccomodating. We were also told a cancellation would not be possible so we had no other choice. Myriad of problems with the room. Ants in the bathroom, out of shampoo, bathroom door lock doesn’t work so you have to use it with the door open. The beach that they claim is so close is down the most treacherous hike I’ve ever taken, I almost fell to my death several times. You would need hiking boots and skills to get down there safely. nothing else to do at the resort except walk down to the beach. We were also lied to by the bartender at the pool bar. Maybe because he had no one else to serve (the resort was dead on August 1) he lied and said there was nowhere to purchase drinks down at the beach. Turns out there are multiple beach clubs, restaurants and stores down at the beach (remember, that you had to take a treacherous hike to). It is clear that this resort is almost out of business, and they are lying and cheating to eke out as much money as they can before that happens. Also the pool closes at 7:00 pm for no reason (doesn’t get dark until 9:00) and the sheets are extremely uncomfortable.

It was so difficult to access and taxi driver charged us 50 euro for 10 minute drive.
We were said there is no towels, no shampoo, no soap, and no hair dryer. And the reception is gone after 9 o'clock.

But what we didn't like most was no Wi-Fi at our banga
rlow. We complained, but they didn't care so much.

So we ended up changing the hotel on the next day, even thought they didn't refund it.
It was such a terrible experience!

Nice setting, plenty of parking rather basic comfort, old furniture and basic breakfast. No dinner in restaurant possible Some surprises along the way: new toilet paper, new towels, room cleaning: all at extra costs - not mentioned at booking
