Amazing property!!! If you want to be out of the city centre of Sorrento but have the option to get in to town. Only 2 euros and 10 minutes on the bus into the city, bus stops right at the hotel door. Amazing views from the rooftop pool over to Capri. Beuatiful!!! Staff and owner are great. Food was very nice. I would stay there againd.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, overlooking the island of Capri. Great roof top pool with poolside bar. Excellent food and all staff were very helpful and attentive. Reception were v helpful and informative. Only downside was the noisy traffic (mopeds) alongside the hotel. This was more evident in the lower rooms where we were. Rooms higher up in the building probably weren't affected.

The staff was incredible here and the view - they call it BellaVista for a reason!! It was nice to be on the outskirts of town and have a bus stop right in front of the building. The rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were rather firm, but otherwise it was all amazing.

Loves everything about it! They upgraded our room to an ocean view with a balcony that was amazing!!! The rooftop pool and bar were awesome! Had a lovely massage. Breakfast was really good. Loved sitting watching the ocean each morning. Staff was wonderful!!!

The hotel was further outside of Sorrento then I expected, but is was not a problem at all. During check-in, Lucia (who was fantastic!), told us about the bus. It runs every 20 minutes and takes you right into the center of town. We took it a few times.

The views from the hotel are spectacular. We enjoyed a day by the pool - perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was more that we expected with plenty of choice.

The hotel is a bit dated, but we throughly enjoyed our stay.

This property has a beautiful view, excellent restaurant and exceptional customer service. Easy, convenient and very cheap public transportation in front of the hotel to all areas around Sorrento. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place
Great hotel, great restaurant and overall an amazing location and view. I would recommend for a central location, but you will need to have a car to really get around, taxi services can add up. There is parking which is great and an amazing roof top with pool.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and helpful and always with a smile and “Ciao!” or “Buongiorno!” for us. The breakfast spread was always delicious, the pool service was amazing, and they gave us great recommendations! Plus having the bus stop right out front was AWESOME!

Wonderful, pretty hotel, lovely staff, but sadly it's over a busy, cliffside road leading from Sorrento. You can't even converse or enjoy the balcony as the motorcycles,cars and honking busses make it impossible hear one another. Sunsets are heavenly on the rooftop!

Great hotel , room was lovely and big ( we did book a suite ). They were cleaning the rooms daily if you wanted ( we opted for every 2 days ) , the cleaning ladies were super lovely and friendly.
The pool on the rooftop was great, not very busy and had sunbeds and umbrellas for when it got too hot.
Breakfast I found a bit limited on "offering" and was the same thing every morning, I guess that would be my only downside.
Location wise the bus stops in front of the hotel ( great if you don't have a car ) but car park was always available.
Reception lady ( Lucia ) was lovely, other lady could do with some "customer service " training.
Overall we were happy with our stay.
