For Naples, this was a wonderful stay. We will most likely not be coming back to Naples however, if you’re going to stay in Naples, this is where I would stay. It is very well located in the center close to the port and near the main strip going to the Royal Palace.

The recommendation for parking was excellent, and for the most part, we truly enjoyed the room as it was spacious and luxurious and its own way. The bathroom was wonderful.

The only downside was that the windows let in a lot of sound, and it was hard to rest peacefully. Also, there was never a live representative the entire time we stayed there to talk to, only through the booking messengers and only at their convince as not all messages got a response.

Well I messed up here! I booked my May break for January and I was as sober as a judge! Anyway not only do these rooms offer a none refundable policy but a no understanding policy, a couldn't care less policy and a no compromise policy! Kept all my money, so if you know anyone in Naples in need of a couple of rooms from today for 3 nights pop along and fill your boots as it's all paid for! Or maybe you are local and see some homeless people tip them of and they can have these rooms on me!! MY BAD!

This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a difference. It was well equipped and even included small welcome gifts like disposable flip-flops, which turned out to be surprisingly convenient. Communication over WhatsApp was quick and efficient, making check-in and any questions easy to handle. Overall, an excellent experience and great value.

Perfect. The suite was nice, spacious, and very clean, and the location could not be better. The extra effort from the owners is noticeable. Everything was well thought out, from the coffee, smart TV, good air conditioning, and bathroom amenities to the great housekeeping and hassle-free digital check-in. We also felt secure since it's a gated community building with maximum security and a locked entrance in the afternoon.

We just spent a weekend in Naples and stayed here. The room was comfortable, of a good size, shower/bathroom also very clean and functional. The service (via WhatsApp) was really the highlight. The staff was super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this place.

Very highly recommend staying with Sanfelice when in Naples. The location is brilliant as it sits in-between the two main old/historical areas of the city. The building has a wonderful charm from the huge wooden entry doors to the old wooden lift up to the 2nd floor. Inside is really modern, electronic locks, good size TV, Netflix, really comfy bed and pillows. We especially liked the L'occitane toiletries and Nespresso machine. Overall the finish of everything is very very good for the price.

Furthermore, the test of a good host is when something goes wrong. We had an issue with our AC (it was super hot at the time in Naples) and Stefano went over and above to remedy the issue. His commitment to doing everything possible to resolve the problem and to ensure our experience was the best possible was impeccable. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks again Stefano.

Very clean, very modern, great location, great value, but, more than anything else, Stefano & his staff's attentiveness, helpfulness, availability, and especially their responsiveness deserve a 10 on a scale of 5...we will ALWAYS try to stay there when we return

The apartment was in an excellent central location. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding our expectations. It was an excellent base from which to explore Naples as well as a lovely place to chill out. The host was helpful and accommodating.

One of the best, if not the best, located accomodation in the city. The room was very clean and the daily service was amazing. Upon arrival Stefano surprised us with some prosecco, illustrating their hospitality. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Naples!

Staying here was a joy. While I never met the owners, they had left a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The place is located within a short walking distance of many of the key areas of Naples - and is close to many of the transport links. Would stay here again!
