Excellent location, very nice owner who brings your breakfast to the room. I have been little worried looking at other comments about the safety in the city, nothing bad happened to us, but always need to be carefull and avoid empty little streets.

I stayed only one night but I found everything clean, nice and well-kept room. The manager person respectable and extremely available to our needs. Next stay in Naples I will be sure here. Last but great value, very good super breakfast with very good quality products

I (Mustafa Zeybek) and Yusuf Okay booked a room for 21th of June 2022.
Yesterday we inform that we are not going to use this room cause one of our family members is being treated in the intensive care unit and her health condition is not improving. Due to this situation, we had to cancel the holiday plan. As you know that the same thing could have happened to one of your family members.
We though hotel would understand this situation and make the refund. But of course it was the opposite and the hotel said; it's not our problem, we don't give refunds.
So my advice to you is think twice about booking a room at this hotel. Because I don't think they are helpful and kind, and believe me that they don't have the ability to empathize.

The hotel is situated in a historical and old building. The rooms are however modern and sufficient for staying for a few days. They are a bit small though. The breakfast served is great and the owner particularly is really helpful and friendly. He really makes an effort to make your stay comfortable.

The hotel is located in a not so clean area but the connectivity to Napoli Centrale and the Circumvesuviana train station is great. You might even get a nice view of the Vesuvius if you book the correct room(s).
