This review is long overdue because I felt that nothing I said was good enough to describe the first Airbnb ever in Naples.

Massimo was an exemplary host and 🌹Fabiana🌹 his assistant was awesome.

There was nothing that they wouldn’t do for you. You get up in the morning and you would be served whatever kind of coffee or tea you would like along with a beautiful spread on the table.

They were incredibly helpful in suggesting places to go, How to use the bus lines, etc..

They tidied the rooms every day. One day I went out sightseeing and I received a photograph of my laundry on the floor and Massimo asking me if I wanted him to wash it. I said yes, and when I came home, my pile of laundry was washed.

I can’t say enough about the hospitality of B&B Morelli Napoli. It was referred to me by my Italian instructor, and I have passed the referral on to others. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic experience. In the heart of Naples and its noisy heat, but in a quiet, comfortable, clean area well served by public transport. A few steps from the sea and the center. A beautifully furnished room, super comfortable bed, attention to detail and a warmth that feels like home. An experience to be repeated absolutely.

We had a really good time! The availability, courtesy and cleanliness were truly excellent. The structure was beautiful. Excellent location, in the area of Naples. Huge breakfast, adjacent parking. I absolutely recommend it. We will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights during our visit to Naples in August. The b&b is in a central and strategic position but you can't hear the traffic noise on the street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast table is set with a rich selection of sweet and savory products. Mrs. Fabiana is always attentive to meeting all the needs of the guests and responds to all requests for useful advice for visiting Naples. An excellent quality-price ratio for which I highly recommend this b&b for a stay in Naples.

The price was relatively cheap and the room was fine. Breakfast was good for the price.
The only issue was the service. The staff were so rude at times and I felt like I had frustrated them by paying to stay there. They wouldn't even allow me to use their communal toilet when I came to collect my bags. I unfortunately didn't leave this place with a great feeling

We stayed for 2 days, the B&B is strategic in terms of location and cleanliness. The rooms are comfortable. The owners are very kind. Good breakfast. The owners stop by if you want to have a chat, or to give you information about Naples

We were in Naples for 5 days during Carnival and stayed at the B&B Morelli 49 and I have to say that we really enjoyed it, we had a nice spacious and bright room and even though it was on the main road we slept very well because it had double glazing and therefore little noise, moreover located in a strategic position, close to the center and the port and various public transport. A nice area. Mr. Massimo is an excellent adviser on the various tourist itineraries and Mrs. Fabiana is very attentive in cleaning and breakfasts. When we return to Naples it will definitely be there again, I highly recommend it.

Courteous, helpful and thoughtful staff, always ready to give advice and information. Large and comfortable room. The property is just a few minutes from the center and very close to the Caracciolo seafront. Nearby there are numerous bars, pizzerias and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The very unfriendly host speaks neither English nor French so less information the place is dark the room is dark and poorly maintained the window overlooks a staircase on the street a little hidden you can smell the urine breakfast plentiful but also not fresh the breakfast place smelled of pipes

We had to cancel our entire trip a day in advance for medical reasons. Apparently, this hotel has no refund policy, something that future guests should watch out for. Asked for a partial refund, and they flat out refused. One star goes not for the quality of the hotel but the management handling of this situation. Needless to say, we will not stay there in the future.
