This was my first ever visit to Napoli and my first time staying in a Hostel. It was SO lovely to stay here, as the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free dinners by Nonna, and it was a lovely environment for meeting new people. It was nice to meet some people who said they always stay here when in Napoli, as they love the atmosphere. The shuttle from the main station was also nice, especially when laden with bags. My only negative would be that the blanket I used smelled a lot like body odour which wasn’t nice when going to sleep. The blanket would benefit from a cover, or a top sheet on the bed. Otherwise, I can’t really complain! Thanks to Lulu, Moira, and Nonna for your kindness and conversations.

This is a great and inexpensive hostel to stay at! It was super nice to have a free meal (pasta) cooked by Nonna and sit with the other travelers to eat. Reception was really nice and helpful, specifically Alex and Mimi!

We loved our stay at the hostel, it's a great base to explore Naples and you meet other young international people. Check in/out is really easy. I found the garden super nice, you can sit outside and play card games ecc. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Only the bathrooms would profit from some investment, like there's not always a shelf to put things on, but they were always clean. Overall great hostel, thanks to Massimo and the nice staff :)

I asked for a second night and they made me pay 50€ for it. For a night in a dorm. In Napoli.
Their goal is to make tourists pay as much money as possible.
We went for a pub crawl that was horrible. They took us to the most empty and expensive bars around. The shuttle didn't even take us to the proper place: we had to walk more than 10 min to get to the first bar (after waiting 30 mn for news from the guide, because we weren't with her).
When I asked for reimbursement and explained the shuttle situation to the receptionist, he refused and told me with condescension that the goal was to walk from a bar to another. He wanted to make me feel like an idiot.
This same guy entered my women-only dorm without knocking a few moments before.

I wasn’t expecting much considering some of the other reviews here, and I don’t necessarily agree with the age limit, but ignoring those things, I think this was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at.
Good vibes, free meal which gets everyone together on an evening on the massive terrace, subsidised trips around Pompeii and Sorrento, shuttles to and from the station every day, and the staff are great people.

dont listen to the people who cant read here - the age limit is shown on booking.com and you will have an incredible stay there when you are below 35 and a cool person ;) free food(!!), great garden, nice offers for trips. all you wish for.

They have an age restriction, which is not only uncool, but plain discriminatory. Hostels were originally created to allow people of all origins, gender, age,... to meet. It's sad to see some hostel owners forgetting about this.

Hygiene and smelly, but outside was pretty good, though. The host was friendly and pleasant; you can also get a lot of company.

A wonderful experience, I made a reservation for 3 nights, and then I stayed 3 more nights, the atmosphere is spectacular.
The staff that works there at the Reception is the best, the food they offer at night is always of very good quality. Every night there is something to do, always fun.
