Great. I like softer pillows. Tony, the breakfast manager was a terrific and amiable host. But all the staff were great.

This is a really nice property with a few highs and lows. The rooms are well done, there are great dining options, the view is spectacular, and it is conveniently located to the pedestrian walkway and shops and restaurants; the lows are the pool, which is small and can only accommodate about 8 people; the hotel is also located right on one of the main streets through the town so sitting on your terrace is not a quiet experience, and the prices are kind of outrageous, cocktails in Eden Bar are 40e and the lobster special at the rooftop restaurant ran over 350e which is really crazy. Staff is very friendly, especially Toni who is the breakfast manager. He is very nice and accommodative but can be a bit much before you get a cup of coffee in you:) Overall it was a very good experience but might consider other options if I am looking for rest and relaxation.

I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and Eden Roc is THE view of positano! Eden Roc is a beautiful property about 12min walk up/down to the beach. We stayed in a room with the balcony jacuzzi and it was worth the splurge to sit outside and take in the view. The staff at Eden Roc are top notch, Pascal at the front desk became our new friend and Tony at breakfast was always fun. The steak at Roc restaurant was unbelievable. Top notch experience.

If you’re reading this review and deciding where you should stay, do yourself a favor and book the Eden Roc! We recently stayed here for our honeymoon. Amazing hotel, team and experience. From breakfast in the morning with Tony and his amazing team, to the concierge team who was at our disposal to arrange private transfers, dinner reservations, and even find us a new private boat tour when ours was cancelled due to weather. We loved waking up to stunning views from our room and the hotel has a great location for exploring Positano and the nearby towns. Finally, both restaurants, the sky bar (fantastic cocktails and best view of the town by the way) and pool made the hotel even better than we imagined. We couldn’t have asked for better support to make this a once in a lifetime trip for us!
