Totally ok for my business trip. The staff is nice, everything is clean.
Not much choice at breakfast, but the available food is good.
Bed is comfortable, room size is good.

Worst hotel ever. Booked a hostel room when I was going to a concert. I have never, ever, seen something as bad as this. The beds were broken, the place was dirty, only one (dirty) bathroom for 8 people PLUS the fact that the staff let a bunch of girls into our room even though they were not staying at the hotel. Hotel staff felt sorry for them because it was raining. A "shower" was made over a toilet. I booked through booking.com and have complained through them, but they can't get in touch with the hotel, so they can't help me. Paid 100€ to stay ONE night in a hostel, which was really an empty office filled with 8 broken beds. They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't ever stay there!

Location is the only good thing. Close to the arena. Terrible service. Awful breakfast. No food available, waited for 20minutes, they just said soon. Oh and when we tried to get our key from reception that weren't there for 10 minutes

I didn't stay at this hotel, and never will.
The location is good for who is going to a concert or event on RCF Arena.
We arrived there around 2pm, and a strong rain started, we were protecting ourselves under their gazebos (no hosts were there) and came a lady, really angry, saying that we couldn't stay there without consuming. A person asked and she said he needs to go on the back of the hotel pay/take the food and then come back there.

She doesn't have any kindness. We'll not stayed there for whole day, was just to pass the strong rain.

Around 20min the rain stopped and we left. she didn't come back. i'd love to see her coming back under that storm.

Very tired and dated hotel. We booked 2 rooms, The first room smelt badly of fish, but the staff were kind and moved us. The new room then smelt of tobacco. We then went on to the family room we had booked, again its very dated. The shower was all peeling at the bottom and it definitely needed replacing. We then sat on the bed and it collapsed at the bottom. I looked under the mattress and it was missing most of the wooden beams underneath. Again I complained and they moved us to a new room. Again the room was very tired, but it was clean. There was a jacuzzi bath in there and the jets looked all rusty. The shower head was above but there wasn't a shower screen or anything so you had to sit in the bath to use it to stop the bathroom getting drenched. On the plus side, there was shampoo and lots of towels available. It states there is a hairdryer there... and yes there is, but its extremely low power. We went downstairs to have our evening meal, we wasn't going to eat there for fear of cleanliness but there was a bad storm so we ate in. We was very happy with the service and food we got. The young waitress was very helpful. We enjoyed the wine as well. After all that we did have a good night's sleep. If I am honest, I wouldn't stay again.

Easy access to the bus and next to the shops. Staff very friendly I mean very friendly, I loved all of them. Even if some did not speak English but atleast they tried.

Clean and confortable, they serve good breakfast. Perfect solution to stop-and-go a long drive.

The rooms are small and there is a persistent bad smell throughout the hotel. Generally furniture is outdated and is not really clean. For sure there are better hotels in the area with the same price.

It was ok, quite cheap. It could be cleanner, but it was nothing dramatic. Breakfast was great, very tasty. Staff was very friendly.

It's nice in quite place and good sightseeing. The only thing matter is room waste collection frequencie which is low.
