Kristalex Pet Family Hotel in Cesenatico

The structure in general is good. A note of merit goes to the staff, really kind and helpful. Unfortunately the room is not up to par, very dated, not very clean, a lot of dust on the wall lamps and on the wardrobe. Stained wall. Small and sacrificed spaces and the bathroom, with a pet it is difficult to move. Pillow in the room for the extremely small dog. The pool is nice but it would take at least a ramp for the dogs to enter the water and a protection for the street side, ours has tried several times to get out of there. For those who have only one medium-sized dog, there is not much difference from other hotels that accept pets (apart from the entrance to the breakfast room) for those with large dogs or more than one, it is the ideal facility.

We stayed at the Kristalex for 5 nights in late June.
The hotel is located 150 meters from the partner beach in a very quiet neighborhood.
The rooms are a little dated but comfortable, quiet and above all clean, like the rest of the hotel.
Too bad, the lack of a mini-bar in the room to keep a couple of bottles cool for the night.
During our stay we had full board, some problems of long timing in the restaurant, understandable since we were there in the first full week and the staff was completely new.
These are things that happen when you work, nothing that precluded the goodness of the kitchen or the quality of the products, only times that have gone a little longer.
We, by our choice, then decided to complete the holiday by having only one more day available, having only breakfast at the hotel without arguing because we understood that it was a transitory situation, and the staff was more than helpful in meeting us.
Positive note, speaking with the other guests with whom we had made acquaintance, already from the day after the défaillance the situation was handled promptly to the best and the service changed.
Exceptional beach service, with beach boxes or fenced area where the dog can be free with the family.
In the hotel, on the other hand, there is a kennel with bowls, a grooming room and a swimming pool reserved for them.
Fantastic.
