Kristalex Pet Family Hotel in Cesenatico

Good location near the sea. We were supposed to spend a weekend at the seaside for my husband's birthday. It's a shame we stayed at the hotel for an hour and then left because we weren't happy with the treatment we received. After checking into the room, we found dust "cats" under the bed and went to ask the receptionist to do a deep cleaning that hadn't been done before our arrival. We sat outside and after exactly 10 minutes I heard a voice calling us from inside saying, "The room is ready." We went back to the latter and saw that it had been cleaned, but in a cursory manner, as I ran my fingers over it and picked up only a tiny bit of the dust and hair that was at the head of the bed between the floor and the wall. I took it to the receptionist to see. But even faced with the evidence, she continued to say that the cleanliness at this hotel has always been impeccable. We have different ideas about the latter, it happens. But you can't thoroughly clean a room in such a short time and find it like this even after requesting it! Furthermore, there was still some dust that had been there for a long time in the toilet joints; the cushion on the bench used to put our suitcases was full of hair; the closets, also being old, had stains as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while (this latter fact isn't significant but contributed to the overall situation). You can't hand over a room in unsanitary conditions when you have two dogs and I'm asthmatic. They asked me a third time if they could do something to fix it, but we felt cheated and canceled our stay. I've never experienced such an uncomfortable situation. I can only speak about the cleanliness since we haven't tested the other services, and that's enough for us. As I already said to the staff, I'm sorry, but I don't like feeling taken for a ride at all. If they wanted to fix it, they could have done it after the request had already been made.
