I called them for information they never answered except for messages and three days before arrival they wrote me that the room room is not available and out of order and I found myself having to look for another hotel at higher costs. booking the problem would not have arisen because host was required to find another place for the same price. but going in trust with them I had booked privately and then found myself without a room.

I stayed today for the first time and I must say that the rooms with their own private bathroom are very nice, very clean and the owners and collaborators very kind and helpful. I advise!

Large rooms, basic furniture, fairly central location.
Good breakfast with rusks, wrapped brioches, single-portion jams, milk, coffee and fruit juices. I would recommend eliminating loose biscuits and cereals and replacing the sugar bowl with single-serving sachets.
The only flaw: the cleanliness, very superficial.

Giulia welcomed us in a nice and helpful way. The environment is pleasant and quiet, rooms clean and beds comfortable. If our bathroom had been in the room it would have been perfect but even so we spent a pleasant night.
