B&B Vatican's Keys in Rome

I was robbed of all my belongings in Pisa (I have a report from the police) and I was unable to reached pthe facility. A fee of PLN 58 was agreed, which was kept in the facility. the property refused to refund. after another request for a partial refund - for cleaning / breakfast I was not replied to the message. I want to write my opinion about the property that I should be allowed to post as a customer. please reply

“It´s a commercial building - Tourist Trap”

Very strange street, Very dark, hard to find, dangerous, you gonna find dentist, psychologist offices in a commercial building and one of the offices they transformed into a bedroom...

The most strange thing I have ever saw... I traveled 70 countries and never saw a terrible place like this.

I passed for the most humiliating situation in my life, me and my wife and this is unacceptable!

after 45 minutes in a dark street i finally found the place, knocked on the door more 30 minutes waiting and nobody answer. Then I had to go to a nearby restaurant to ask for help, and a waiter helped me calling to the number that was on the door.

The owner or responsible said that he will not give us the keys because we are late and that´s it! Hang off the telephone!

Left me, my wife and the 2 huge bags on the street, homeless!!!! With a room that is already paid

I walked more and more with my wife crying not believing on what was happening. this is unacceptable, who this girl think he is disrespecting my family and leaving us in the street at 11:00 pm in the other side of the world???

This is very serious, It involved police and everything..

PLEASE AVOID THIS TRAP!!!
