Reviews
I stayed three days in this hotel back in February. The owner told me he was closing after my leave because his father was in hospital and wanted to take care of him. So I just saw him the very first day, when he gave me the keys.
The last day in the room the cleaning lady asked me about some scratches in the floor I had not even realized about, but she claimed it was my fault. I told her it was not my fault, and that I hadn't noticed about them till that moment. They seemed as if someone had scartched a chair or a ladder close to the window, but for sure it was not me. I couldn't have caused it with my lugage either, as I placed it in the wardrobe for the whole time of my stay. The owner, on his own, decided to charge me 150 € to my credirt card for having damaged the room, without prior announcement. I sent him an e-mail complaining, and explaining him that I did not damage the room, but he failed to reply. So I phoned him, and he argued that I was the only one in the room, so it was my fault. He didn't want to give me my money back. He didn't even consider that it could have been the cleaning lady's fault
Appart from this lack of consideration I have to say the B&B has nothing to do with the pictures they show in their web. My room was extremely tiny. At least it was clean and affordable. And walking distance to the Vatican.
For the absolute disrespect they have to customers I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
