Unfortunately, I'm leaving this review without having tried the property, but it's because of management that I find truly scandalous.
I booked through Booking.com in September for November 19th. At the beginning of November, Booking.com notified me that I needed to change my card (it was about to expire). I entered my partner's, but it was rejected. I entered my new card details, and then I received an email from Booking.com canceling the reservation and asking me to contact the property's phone number.
Okay, I understand that it might not be the property's fault, so I called immediately to resolve the matter. On the third call, she answered, introduced myself, and stopped me with, "Madam, this is the third time you've called me. I have a commitment." Shocked, I explained that my reservation had been canceled (10 days before the date), which is why I needed to contact her urgently.
She continued to insist, "I didn't cancel anything, I already told you I have a commitment, I'll call you back later." I waited hours without a call.
If this is the way things are, it's better not to have come to try the property at all. By the way, I made a request via chat that never received a response.
Well, what can I say? Kudos to you for your customer service.

Excellent bed and breakfast here in Rome, clean and well-maintained. Close to public transportation and the metro to the city center, and just steps from Ponte Milvio.

The room was very nice and well-kept. Breakfast was extensive. The check-in instructions were very clear, thanks to Federica and Mattia's helpfulness. The property is just steps from Piazza del Popolo and the Olympic Stadium. There are several restaurants in the area. But if the noise bothers you, no problem; earplugs are available.
