Could not recommend this place enough. Location is perfect. This was our 4th city on our trip and by far the best accommodation. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Check in was all digital which was great.
Very satisfied! Communication with hosts is contactless, we were able to check in around 11 a. because our flight left very early. Air conditioning included, bed very comfortable, room clean
Very clean, comfortable beds, centrally located and very accommodating. It was a first having purely remote communication but it worked so efficiently that we couldn’t fault it!
This guys deserve every star! Clean, modern, great location!
Very satisfied and gladly again anytime :)

A lot of towels! 🇮🇹 There’s an elevator for small luggage. 🇮🇹 if you come to Italy avoid big luggage because of the pebble stones in the streets. The sidewalks are really tiny
Nice place, it doesn't look like a hotel at all. Upon request they changed our towels otherwise they would have remained the same for our entire stay
🇮🇹 they kindly said we could leave our luggage after check out. 🇮🇹 The toilet is a little uncomfortable situation since we had to flush several times when it came to… # 2. 🇮🇹 we had a kettle, fridge, coffee/cups
Very good value for money, despite the pictures of the room not looking the best on arrival we were upgraded to a recently refurbished room which was very nice and perfect for what we wanted
🇮🇹 we arrived late for check in, so they got in touch with us before arriving, leaving our room key in a safe box outside our room, pretty cool since the front desk is not 24hr
🇮🇹 the location is great, we went walking to Trevi Fountain, colosseum, Pantheon and other places nearby, we didn’t use the bus or any other transportation

The beach is within walking distance and clean. The location is perfect for shopping and bus stop to get to different areas, but a good walk can get you there too
The beach is amazing, we usually hang out in the bar area playing board games and enjoy the traditional Italian cuisine made by the family chef!
This Hotel is traditional with comfortable beds, great showers, clean environment and since its family owned, friendly service. The restaurant is very tasty. I will keep coming back. walking distance
This is my 3rd time at this family owned Hotel. They just upgraded the windows and a fresh paint. The rooms are spacious with fridge and balcony. The dinner is traditional Italian cuisine
Back for the 3rd year it's welcome home to this family owned Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with a fridge, air conditioning and balcony
My wife and I spent six days at this hotel in early September. It was a welcoming place, with spacious, clean rooms, free parking, and free e-bikes. Breakfast was excellent. We thank Mr. Enzo for our stay at his hotel.

Livia Valeria Palace, Rome1 / 16

Lazio, Rome, 8 Via Giacomo Folchi, 00149, Italy, Roma 🧭 Map
Contactless check in went smoothly, following the clear instructions provided. The small swimming pool is an added bonus, if you want to avoid spending some of the heat hours in Rome and keep the kids busy
They charge a 20 eur deposit for each pool towel, which is kind of insulting, considering that you are paying more than 250 per night and you are most likely not into stealing used pool towels, but I guess it's policy
Breakfast was ok, good coffee, but not much selection, apparently due to the small number of guests. The hotel is far from the centre and you need to walk for 7-8 minutes to get to the tram stop
What a great place to relax in the hustle bustle of Rome. Great location, the tram is 5 minute walk straight into the centre. Great amenities, wonderful room, fantastic service, just perfect!!
The Livia Valeria Palace offers a very unique, boutique experience in Rome. The rooms are new, tasteful, clean and of good size, in a beautiful landscaped garden, that surrounds the classy mansion
Abigail welcomed us and she was very helpful, she went above and beyond to make our stay very smooth, enjoyable, easy and convenient. We stayed at one of the apartments which was great

Serapo Beach - 10 min
A structure worthy of tt 👌 Maria, the owner, very kind and available for every need ✌️ cleaning 💯 optimal position for those who want to visit the beautiful medieval Gaeta and for those who want to enjoy the sea of the serapo beaches
It's a shame there wasn't a small kitchen, but there really isn't much room. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the croissants are fantastic. Thanks also for suggesting parking
Well-kept and welcoming environment located in the center of Gaeta in an alley where it seems that time has stopped and the sea is one step away. the owner of a unique kindness made sure that we did not miss anything
I love it for various reasons. The location in the historic center, in a suggestive street. New rooms with a great shower. Air-conditioned and silent. Friendly
Comfortable clean, the only flaw in the bathroom is that a shelf is needed in the shower cubicle to support the products. Still, I highly recommend it
On Saturday morning, a garbage truck drove by, making quite a mess. In any case, the street is quaint and small

Lazio, Rome, Via Cicerone 44, Vaticano Prati, 00193 Rome, Italy 🧭 Map
Room size was ok, washroom was ok. Ideally when you spend 70-80 eur per night, you expect that room should be cleaned and towels, shower gel etc should be replaced every day, but unfortunately that was not the case
We spent 3 nights here during our recent stay at Rome. Basic but a very good place to stay. The service was excellent however and the room was clean and had very good air-con. Perfect for a short stay. Would recommend!
Cheap and modern hotel centrally located in Rome. Checking-in was a bit complicated as the reception is remotelly complicated. Also the room smelled a bit of smoke. Apart from that the hotel was perfect for us
Ring the bell The clerk will help you take care of the rest. Once we found the right door everything went buttersmooth. We arrived very late in the evening, but it was no problem
Nice new standard, good location, good size and a good bathroom. Hold the button marked Little Aurelius for nine seconds. Go straight through the courtyard and to the B-entrance
There are approximately 5-6 room on 1st floor of the building. One guy is there to clean the rooms. There is no reception, dining room etc. So it's kind of booking an apartment via Airbnb without kitchen

Very positive experience, the bed & breakfast is located in an ancient building. Very nice and spacious rooms .Annalisa the owner is very nice and ready to help you in everything! Recommended
It’s clean, spacious and comfortable. Well worth the stay there as we had the whole place to ourselves for our first night
All the little extras that we had available to us was just icing on the cake! With fabulous restaurants and bars within walking distance and the lovely public beach across the street
Perfect stay the night before our cruise. Simone and Marina are lovely hosts and very helpful. The location is perfect overlooking the sea and the old fort
The location is right across the street from the beach so it has stunning views. The hosts were very hospitable. They couldn't do enough to make you stay comfortable. The location to the cruise port is perfect
We were met and had all our luggage taken to our rooms. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The position is right on the sea front and there were lots of stalls and a big wheel right opposite

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They don’t have to washcloths or shampoo for the shower, but we were only there for 1 night so we made do. Our host was excellent.
This hotel was beautiful in a great location near the port. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was nice. The pictures online do not do this place justice. The room was incredibly spacious
Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Will require hauling luggage up about 2 flights of stairs. Did not seem to have luggage drop or any checkin before 2pm
The interior decoration feels very homely and is very clean. The public areas include the lobby, sofas, kitchen, etc. , which are all maintained very cleanly
Great location and breakfast. Only drawback is no elevators, so don't pack too much. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity.
Very basic property but excellent value. Great location and very quiet. Great for our one night pre cruise stay.

Vesconte Residenza d'epoca dal 1533, Bolsena1 / 17

Lazio, Bolsena, P.zza San Rocco 12 🧭 Map
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are roomy and as nicely decorated as the rest of the villa, which you are free to walk through. I would love to come back here again.
It is the most beautiful castle with well appointed rooms with sitting rooms right outside your room. The town is on your door step and the best food we have eaten in a month of travelling Italy
Very nice Palazzo in a square in the middle of old Bolsena. Good restaurant as well with outside space. Strange thing is that breakfast is served only in the room. But it was delicious!
This place is definitively a must-see and must-do if you're in Bolsena! You feel a bit like in a museum, or as if you had been just taken several hundred years back in history
They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware. We are already planning to return
The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder

50 euro / night for campervan - 2 people. Bathrooms clean but no soap - paper. Nice sand beach but no shade. Loud music until late - camping activities. Camping spots have sand floor, not very convenient.
Nice camping area w/ beautiful views. Beach area rather small. Facilities are clean. They seem to organise animation for kids and a few other activities. The restaurant is very good w/ fair prices.
The Toilets and the hot Showers where very clean. And it was quiet we did not get disturbed from the Road which is nearby. There is a Bus 50 m distance on the main Road which takes you to the beautiful Town Terracina
Awesome. Just the best camping site i have ever seen and been to. Personnel so kind and helpful, great facilities and spot. Love it
It was so calm and beautiful, of course I think they needed a little restructuring here and there but otherwise it was all so perfect! If the pandemic ends by this summer we really would love to come back, otherwise we’re coming next year for sure!
Beautiful views, restaurant is pretty good, good value for the price and very friendly staff. Infrastructure looks old, but has been clean

The location is just the best possible. The pool area is beautiful but it is only about 20 metres from the hotel front gate to the beach. Lake Bolsena is just amazing to swim. Rooms are quiet and clean and quite big
The jacuzzi is on the balcony, but when the weather outside is cold, it's possible to close it and put on the heating. The bed was very big and comfortable. EVERY staff member that we met was really polite
My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay here in late September. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to the lake and is nearby a few coffee shops and restaurants
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful; they were able to find us a round trip taxi to visit a nearby town. I would highly recommend this hotel
We stay here often and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are elegantly appointed, and the hotel is in close proximity to the lake. Also, there is a big, beautiful swimming pool.
I just want to say thank you to Virginia for helping making the stay a lot less stressful. 🙏 Hotel’s best feature: proximity to Lake Bolsena, where I could swim with my dog. Just a 2min walk.

Great B&B experience, highly recommended for visiting Sperlonga! The B&B staff were friendly and amenable, and there were many reasons why we enjoyed our stay: - Excellent location: 3 minutes' walk from the ocean, 30 seconds' walk to the bus stop that takes you to/from the train station at Fondi, and 3 minutes' walk from a convenient grocery store
- Fun rooms with a super little balcony: vintage tiles in the room, a handy fridge, and a balcony with a drying rack that was useful for our beach towels and swimsuits - Bikes: the B&B has bikes for guests to use that made getting around Sperlonga easy and fun
Wonderful hosts, wonderful staff, delughtful property, delightful town. Main street on the sea is only a 1 block stroll away. Quiet town and friendly.
Very nice accommodation, clean, very friendly staff, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Sperlonga.
Very nice and clean facility, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, Enrico very kind and helpful, we felt at home. The property is close to the sea. Thanks for everything Antonella and Virginia
My wife, my daughter and my sister-in-law stayed three days, and when they returned home they did nothing but praise this structure. Excellent cleanliness, excellent service and courtesy

Very clean and nice familiar place. Close to beach and restaurants and our last-minute booking went well. We will for sure come back here snd explore the romans around.
Excellent place to stay quiet residential street near the beach and the airport. Safe secure parking, nice rooms and several good pizza places to walk to nearby.
Bath towels and bed sheets are included in the apartment rate, but they don't change them even on the third day. Luckily, I had a washing machine, which isn't a given in a beach house, so I did it myself
A clean place, close to the beach, with pleasant people
My partner and I had a wonderful stay , everyone was friendly and very helpful
Great location, new and clean rooms.
