We loved our stay here. The receptionist was wonderful and provided us with so much helpful information. The apartment was beautiful, and the facilities were amazing. We had no issues at all, and the location was perfect very close to the tram stop. We would 100% return; was the best place we’ve ever stayed.

We were travelling as a couple through Italy, stopped in Rome for a few nights and stayed at Livia Valeria Palace Hotel. From the second we got in, everything was perfect. Abigail welcomed us and she was very helpful, she went above and beyond to make our stay very smooth, enjoyable, easy and convenient. We stayed at one of the apartments which was great. Super clean and spacious, it has a kitchen so you can cook also. The location is a bit further away from the city centre but the bus stop was only a few minutes walk. It was convenient for us as we were able to park our vehicle right outside the hotel also. Abigail and Carlos made our stay very nice and memorable!!

What a great place to relax in the hustle bustle of Rome. Great location, the tram is 5 minute walk straight into the centre. Great amenities, wonderful room, fantastic service, just perfect!!

The Livia Valeria Palace offers a very unique, boutique experience in Rome. The rooms are new, tasteful, clean and of good size, in a beautiful landscaped garden, that surrounds the classy mansion. Contactless check in went smoothly, following the clear instructions provided. The small swimming pool is an added bonus, if you want to avoid spending some of the heat hours in Rome and keep the kids busy. They charge a 20 eur deposit for each pool towel, which is kind of insulting, considering that you are paying more than 250 per night and you are most likely not into stealing used pool towels, but I guess it's policy. Breakfast was ok, good coffee, but not much selection, apparently due to the small number of guests. The hotel is far from the centre and you need to walk for 7-8 minutes to get to the tram stop. The ride to the centre is roughly 20 minutes, but often waiting time at the tram stop can exceed 15 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi ride to the Vatican costs around 18-20 eur. If you dont mind the distance from the centre, the Livia Valeria Palace is an overall very good choice.

I stayed at Livia Valeria Palace between June 18th and 21st, and I absolutely loved everything about it!

The staff was incredibly kind and professional, always welcoming and attentive. The pool was a dreammmm clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. The location itself is stunning and gave a real sense of calm and escape.
The entire place was spotless from the room to the shared spaces, the cleanliness was impeccable. Every detail made me feel comfortable and well looked after.I would happily return anytime. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.

Excellent place to stay if you want to visit Rome but not stay in the centre. Access to the city meant a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and then a short trip on the number 8 tram. Best part was that you passed through Trastevere each time which is a great place to stop for dinner. Room was very spacious and had full facilities for making food if you need or wanted to. Very clean as well with a good sized bathroom. Pool was a great bonus meaning we could relax there with a few drinks from the bar before headlining in to see the sights. Plenty of sun beds, never an issues. All the guests were very pleasant and the hotel was just so relaxing. Abigail was always on hand if we needed anything g and kept us up to date on breakfast times and helped us with navigating Rome and sorting outs transfers. Also bumped into the owner a couple of times, very attentive of his guests and wanting to make sure we were being looked after. Would highly recommend this place.

SHAMEFUL a real scam. I arrive after booking with Booking I can't find anyone They all disappeared and without leaving a trace or message despite having confirmed the arrival time. A surreal situation that had never happened to me. I will take legal action

Green slime lining the pool. The hotel said this was due to heavy rain, however it looked like neglect to me. This was disappointing, but each day the hotel staff said it would be open, “Tomorrow.” We had decided to stay here in large part because of the pool which we were told by the hotel would be open until the end of October. On departure the hotel owner, Andre, offered us a €45 discount. Total. This was versus a bill for 4 nights ＞€1,000. Is that appropriate? I would suggest not.

Loved our stay here in the Livia Valeria Palace. A short walk to the bus stop direct into Piazza Venzia via Trastevere District. The pool was a welcome relaxation between a long, hot day of walking around the sights and heading out to dinner in the evening. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and adequately furnished for a 5 night stay. Special shout out to Manuel in reception, extremely helpful and pleasant to chat to. Returning to Rome, I know where to stay again.

This is a gem just outside Rome. Boutique hotel with wonderful chill vibes. Owners have done a fantastic job with a beautiful fit out of the apartments and exceptional service from all of the staff. Felt like real luxury - having a pool in the blistering Italian heat is a saviour! It is a taxi ride away from the city/attractions so this should be factored in. My only tiny complaint to make this perfect would be curtains which fully block out the morning sun, we woke too early because of this. Otherwise perfect!
