A SCAM HOTEL. My mom booked this for June 17th-21st, 2025, but couldn't go because of the war between Iran and Israel. They did not return any emails. phone calls, or WhatsApp messages regarding cancelation and refund.

We stayed for two nights either side of a holiday in another part of Italy. The host could not have been more helpful with accommodating our check in times and explaining everything we needed to know. The rooms are modern and very clean and the breakfast area has all you need to start the day. The place is well situated at te end of tram 8 which takes you directly to Piazza Venezia. Locally within 10 minutes there is a brilliant food market and there are lots of really good pastry shops. Great value all round!

We love staying in this place, it is perfect place to stay as a couple or family. Very clean rooms, very easy transportation to the city center and absolutely very lovely and kind people working.. If I ever travel again absolutely will stay there...

Quite good rooms, spazious, with a nice balcony and very clean. Great service from the owner. Breakfast is also very delicious and plentiful. Not super close to the centre, but Bus 8 is right around the corner and comes very often.

Caterina was super helpful. She helped me check in earlier since I notified her my plane was landing before the check in time. The room was clean and nicely decorated. She set-up a dining table in the kitchen and invited us to have breakfast and help ourselves with the food from the fridge. All the utilities (wifi, Hot water etc) worked great and the balcony had a nice view where we relaxed after a long day of exploring 😀 😎 Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Rome.

Pretty clean place, kind owner, who will help you whatever you need, tasty breakfast, not far from city center. One of the best b&b you could have in Rome. Choose it and you will be 100% satisfied!

Great place to stay in Rom. The rooms are clean and Deborah our host provides a great guest service (breakfast, city maps, nice spots for dinner,etc.). There is a tram close to the B&B (Nr.8 it takes 30 min. to the city center). Thank you for your great hosbitality Deborah! ☺?
