Room Okie , toilet Okie . Cabinet too small .

No place to put luggage (2big & 2small).

Suggest put longer table on the TV side.
Bottom table can put mini fridge.

Cabinet can put beside bed & put hanger as per picture 3

Take out 2 mini table beside bed.

I stayed at Domus Ferruccio from 8-18th September and was provided with clear instructions on how to access the flat. I travelled solo and David met with me the following day to give me some tips on where to go and the best foods to seek out! DF is situated within a 10 min walk to the Colosseum and a 1 min walk to the nearest Metro station. I stayed in the double room and due to me staying for a long period of time, the washing machine and kitchen were very useful. David was also offered fresh towels and for my room to be cleaned halfway through the trip. A lot of thought has also been put into “what would be useful” for guests e.g., umbrellas, drying racks and sun hats. DF is located near to some nice traditional restaurants and a Main Street which is filled with bars, cafes and restaurants. I will most definitely be returning to DF for a longer stay. David, thank you for looking after me during my stay!

Nice location but nothing further. A full of humidity place with a very bad smell as a result of bad ventilation. It really ruined our 4 days vacation. We could not sleep as the foam pillows were smelly since they had probably never changed them.

We stayed three nights at this property, but we didn't get to meet the owner. We were only able to speak to him via WhatsApp since he wasn't there when we arrived. In fact, no one was there, and we had to wait a while until Antonio answered our messages and told us how to access the room. Aside from that, the room was fine, although small, especially the bathroom. But it was enough for a couple of days. It's a 10-minute walk from Termini and 15 minutes from the Colosseum. There's a supermarket and several bars and restaurants nearby. A special mention goes to Trattoria Vechia Roma, where the food is very good. Oh, there was a shared kitchen for all the rooms. It's a very large apartment that's been converted into a kind of bed and breakfast. Best regards.

Great location. Central 10 mins walk to main train station. Safe. Antonia was great host, easy communication through ‘What’s App’. Very clean, had a kettle with tea and coffee supplied. Small room and balcony, but what you’d expect for the price. Handy to have a shared kitchenette with laundry facilities. Great bathroom and shower. Great place to stay in Rome.

We really had a great time :)! The room was very clean, the location is perfect, it's exactly what one needs to enjoy a staying in Rome. You have an easy access to all the main locations of the city, not to mention the great restaurants we found in the surroundings. I recommend it fully!

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is welcoming and gives excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants. The rooms are lovely and very clean. Plus, you're just steps from the Colosseum! A dream come true! My fiancée and I will definitely be back next time we're in Rome. See you later, Rome!
