Edit 1 (response to Owner's reply): STOP LYING!
1. I reached property around 11AM and to prove that I have a transaction of city tax which I paid around 11:20AM.
2. No one ever checked a/c units as you said. No one ever told about 'how to set shower temperature'.
3. I never insisted that I booked a hotel and I never complained staff about this is not a hotel.

It was a disappointing stay and not at all comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights (2 adults).
Amenities are not good. Staff is good and helpful.
Bathroom was small (see in photo):
1. A person can barely seat on WC with legs in front, there is literally no space between WC seat and shower area.
2. Shower area is so small you can barely move while taking a shower.
3. Water pressure in shower tap is terrible. Hot water supply is also not constant
4. The bathroom smells terrible as there is no ventilation
Air conditioning is not good (see in photo)
1. A portable air cooler is in room as a replacement of AC. It very noisy and not enough for the room. You can not move it around as its exhaust is connected to window
2. The room is not well ventilated. It gets humid if you do not use air cooler.

1. Location is good considering accessibility to metro and bus
2. The streets at night did not seem safe.

The cooling system needs to be developed more. We died of sweating while dressing in the morning and all night long.

We had a very lovely stay here! The place was kept tidy and the AC was lovely on hot days. The staff came in every other day to tidy up and provide fresh towels, I would stay here again!

The room was really clean. We had towels, soap, hairdryer, coffee, tea, bread, jam, chocolate. The staff was really friendly and they helped us with whatever we needed. For this price, it was the best accommodation!! I will definitely go back there.

Place is inside the building. See the contact board and press the bell if you can't get in contact with the person. Lift is available. Place is really good for your stay. Very friendly host and knowledgeble about the palces you want to see. He'll also offer you a map and things you may need for your stay. Clean place and quiet as well. You can have a book if you want to read. Near the station. Convenient place to have a quick bite around.
