Llegamos de noche, nadie nos coge el telefono pero aparece in señor que no da confianza en la puerta. Nos dice que le sigamos, despues de darle todos nuestros datos y pagar, nos metemos en la habitacion (nada que ver con las fotos puestas en booking ) y al echar la llave vemos que no da micha confianza. Empezamos a dejar las cosas y se empiezan a escuchar gritos y golpes dentro del propio hotel y ahi decidimos irnos. No llevabamos mas de 1h por lo aue hable al señor por whatsapp y le pregunte si nos podria reembolsar la habitacion a lo aue el amablemente me dice que tiene nuestros datos, que va a ir a la policia con las fotos de nuestros ID. Ya estabamos fuera y en otro hotel, gracias a dios. Experiencia 100% recomendada si no aprecias tu vida.

Grosse arnaque à touristes, nous venons de passer une nuit dans cette chambre, je précise tout de suite qu'il n'y a ni place de parking gratuite, ni wifi, ni eau chaude, donc vous etes prévenu attention!! Dès votre arrivée vous devez appeler un homme, qui je vous le dis ne réglera aucuns de vos problèmes donc ne perdez pas votre temps. La chambre est très sale et dangereuse, si vous venez avec des enfants faites très attention, des fils électriques qui sortent de partout et de la moisissure de tout les cotés .

No me abrieron la puerta con una reserva paga y con la aclaración por todos los medios de que iba a llegar más tarde. Lamé antes de reservar para saber si era posible mi horario de check in, me dijeron que sí, hice la reserva y volví a aclarar mediante la plataforma y luego volví a llamar. Pero al llegar al hotel con todas las valijas no me abrieron la puerta y me cortaron la llamada.

Horrible !!! A fuir sans aucune hésitation, endroit sale pleins d humidité linge de lit et de toilette tachées aucune intimité le gérant rentre comme il le souhaite pas d'eau chaude 4 jours sur 5 micro onde tellement sale. quartier mal fameux clochards qui dorment devant les portes. Nous avions 4 chambres les 4 sont pareils le tout dégoûter vu le prix payer. bref un lieu à éviter +++++++++++

Very friendly staff, but the place was so dirty . The night stands table next to the bed I pit my phone and went I took it back it was full of dust you can tell the haven't clean the table in weeks maybe more. The bathroom. Was all cover mold.

Clean and straightforward place to stay for our one night in Rome. Beds were comfy and the toilet and shower was clean. Air con worked nicely and the owner was great. Also right next to the station, which was welcome. Only strange thing was receiving a WhatsApp then a phone call at midday whilst we were on a walking tour, asking when we were checking in, and seemed confused when our answer was "We don't know yet." Other than an unprompted phone call, was a very pleasant stay! Thank you :)

LE FOTO INGANNANO!!!! FATTE ATTENZIONE! Stanza sporchissima polvere ovunque , armadio che di cade addosso, doccia non funzionale piena di calcare e muffa, frigo in camera rotto e arrugginito e onto. Il proprietario ha detto per qualsiasi cosa contattare Booking contattata l’assistenza per il rimborso. Fatto foto e tutto. Alle 23:45 della sera ci contattano con voce minacciosa perché abbiamo contattato Booking. Torniamo in camera spieghiamo a loro il tutto. Alle 00:30 finiti per cercare un altro hotel. Il giorno dopo SONO LORO A FARE UNA RICHIESTA DI RISARCIMENTO DANNI PERCHÉ ABBIAMO ROTTO L’armadio ?????????!!!!!! Che era già così ??!! Mah al culmine del pensiero veramente.
