This is most definitely NOT a 4* hotel!!! I have stayed in better Premier Inns. No facilities to make a drink in the room only in the lobby, if you like coffee.
During our stay there were several school parties in. If I had wanted to stay in a Youth hostel I would have booked one! ! We were keep awake most nights with doors slamming and people arguing. We tried to report this to the front desk but the man could not understand us.
We were also advised that this hotel was close to the city centre. It's not! It is in the middle of a housing estate with no local restaurants near. Everything is either a bus ride away or a taxi.
I would also advise that you don't eat an evening meal here either. You are charged 6€ just for sitting at the table and having a basket of bread given you. We had two steaks with salad and a bottle of wine and two deserts . This came to the grand total of 92€.
The only positive I can give this hotel is that I could not fault the cleanliness of the of the rooms.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was not so large but there were everything what I need. Swimming pool was great. I was surprised everything was awesome.

Not really a 4 star. Just because they have a pool outside. Remember just that its cheaper does not mean better. Hotel is average and nothing to write home about. Out from main town but. Busses run to town and pretty good. Get what you pay for.

I like the free WiFi, breakfast and parking but the air conditioning barely worked and they charge a $25 tourist tax for just my wife and I this.

Hotel was fine and staff friendly. Room was very warm, didn't use any other hotel facilities whilst staying there

This hotel was chosen by Norwegian air company as a transit hotel after our flight to Arlanda, Stockholm was delayed and we were sent to Rome instead of Pisa. The hotel is situated in a residential area. It is a bit worn and outdated. The lobby and the hallways throughout the hotel smelled of tobacco smoke. The room was tidy and clean. The bathroom was ok, but the toilet was running constantly and the shower door didn't close properly so the floor got wet after a shower. The breakfast was nothing special. The where scrambled eggs, salami, ham and one type of cheese. Typically for southern Europe the was a different kinds of sweet pastries to choose from. It all tasted ok. The juice was not especially good. It was to sweet and tasted artificial. As a 4 star hotel you would expect that they had something else than plastic cups and teaspoons. All in all, the hotel is not a 4 star hotel.

As soon as you enter and in the rooms there is a bad smell, beds very uncomfortable, the quality is very low is not a four star, the only positive thing, the staff is friendly, price-quality ratio: high price quality low.

The room is spacious and well furnished. Unfortunately it does not work the WiFi though. The continental breakfast could be better, is better equipped.

Dining room service was regrettable, and dinner, and breakfast horrible, I do not taste anything (food, raw and cold).

What to say.... we were one night in rome after reading reviews to say the least, very poor we arrived at the bellambriana in the tip of the foot, and prepared to everything... the room large bathroom even more.. in the reception 24 h .. the bed very comfortable. . And breakfast is really generous.. sweet and salty.. all for 28€. But what do you expect? ?. Swimming pool and free parking. .
