I hate to post anything good because I don’t want to make this place so booked I can’t come back here, However yes this place is awesome. The room was the best, Right next door to the Colosseum and whats even better it was close to everything fun. The shower was beautiful and the room was very clean and very well designed. I wish I could have stayed longer. 3 days of pure happiness!! Thank you Claudia and Roberto for having such a great room to share with us!! Thank you. Ciao- Grazie!

An excellent stay in a lovely property. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with transfers, suggesting things to do and any communication needed. The location is amazing, just opposite the colosseum but we had no noise issues!

Our stay was perfect. Colosseo staff met us at the airport and transported us to our lodging. Roberto had a map ready for us and we were able to literally drop our suitcases and head toward the Coliseum. Everything is convenient and easily navigable by foot in this area. We were literally steps from the Coliseum. Our room was very clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was great. Our hosts, Claudia and Roberto, were so very kind to us and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. We hope to return to Rome again. Our choice for lodging will be Colosseo Panoramic.

I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place for fear when I go again they won’t have room! This place was so fantastic from the cleanliness of the room, to the decorating of it and the very large bathroom which is hardly ever found! They view was magical to watch the sunset from and then the morning sunrise. Even though it is right next to the Colloseum it was very quiet to sleep with the windows closed. I heard nothing at all! Also the communication from owners was fantastic. They helped me with directions to get in, helped me with where to go for my travel back to the US covid test and also set up a car for me to get back to the airport the next morning!
I highly recommend this place to stay! I will absolutely be back again and again!

This hotel run by Claudia and Roberto was perfect for our stay in Rome. Our room was spacious and well decorated, with a great view out over the Roman Forum and Colosseum. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious, with amenities provided. Room included a mini fridge and safe, a large, comfortable bed, and a small table and chairs to enjoy the view out of the large windows.
This hotel is located very close to the Coloseo metro stop, so getting there from Roma Termini train station was very easy. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome again.

Roberto, the owner, was extremely accommodating and attentive. Room was clean and location was great. Be sure we speak with him in person about a better room rate! Will stay here again if ever in Rome.

Nice looking place, big showers, comfortable beds. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom though, only reason they don't get 5 stars. All around the window and in the shower. Sub standard cleaning. Otherwise a great location and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel based on other reviews, and we are so glad we did! Roberto the owner was excellent - he arranged a transport from the airport and had our rooms ready when we arrived, and carried all of our luggage up to the room. He also helped us on our first stay in Rome, giving us recommendations where to go, and how to get around. The location of this place is outstanding, and our room overlooked the Colosseum and forum. There is a metro stop right in front of the hotel that is easy to use, and the cafe downstairs is great (breakfast included), and we ate many meals there. The rooms are nice and clean - cold ac, nice bathrooms, etc. We were so happy with our experience here that we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Rome! Thanks Roberto!!
