It's an appartment with bedrooms. We had to call the owner when we got there and pay in her apartment before heading to another building. The room was ok, we stayed for 5 days and they changed our towels and bedsheets once. They have a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils in the hall. The location is incredible. I would stay here again!

I would really like to meet all those who gave good reviews and talk about their health standards. The room was one of the worst i have ever stayed not at all close to the photos or the expectations following the price per night.
First of all it was dirty with no hot water during our 3 days vacations the sheets had blood stains and hairs . But the most important problem was that the toilet didnt work properly from the time we arrived. The owner did not speak any english at all (although she informs otherwise at her site). We asked to switch rooms but she couldnt understand a word. From day 1 to day 3 the toilet did not flush most of the time (really inconvenient and embarashing)
Last but not least i would like to mention that the breakfast is not served like most roooms and hotels. In the hall there was a small table with some basics and a fridge for all the tenants with water and juice (no fridge in the rooms!!).
AND OF COURSE NO RECEIPT!! Although we asked

The hostess was very friendly and spoke good English, the room clean and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, both in terms of traffic and food, as it is just a few steps away from the major train station Termini and the food market Mercato Centrale. Admittedly it was very easy to find, as the B&B was tucked inside an apartment building, and no billboard was allowed due to local regulations. However, a name tag was clearly visible on the doorbell at the address indicated by the hostess, Via Urbano Rattazzi, 57.

Not the exact adress, no parking, no english no italian just chinese, the room was not ready , we go for a walk we turn to take a rest, we find a plumber changing the air conditioner, plastic watter bottles refilled , shampo fake filled up with hand shampoo , expensive, just terrible....!!!
