Can't really fault it, we had a good stay and service, the only reason for losing a star is we actually stayed in the hotel instead and the room was small and had poor natural lighting. The breakfast is managed by the hotel and is of a good standard with lots of options and friendly staff. Housekeeping came by daily and did a fantastic job, so overall would recommend!

Very simple room, rudimentary bathroom.
Overall clean.
Disappointing breakfast (most of it is extra) but with a magnificent view of the Vatican
Good for putting down your suitcases and discovering the city.

Clean rooms, great breakfasts and friendly personnel, good location. But thin walls :)

Arrived to the hotel to get the keys and didn't get any information about wifi.
There is no phone at the room so had to go to reception to ask.
Had a problem with the shower that has been fixed quickly but also had a problem with the air con.
They sent one guy that said it's working fine but I said it doesn't then they just ignore it.
Came the second day to complain and sent another guy that said again it's ok but clearly the air con doesn't work.
They couldn't offer me an extra room but when I checked online if they have spare rooms it says they do.
Not impressed!
