The K Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for a couple nights about a month ago. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Ideally located for all the touristy things you’ll want to do while there. Good restaurants located at your doorstep. We required a pop up crib for my one year old and they set it up for us. He was quite comfortable and so were we. Amazing views from the rooftop.

We visited Friday to Monday in I guess what would be considered the off season so the hotel itself wasn't too busy.
On our first day we had drinks in the lobby whilst waiting to check in, this was a Friday lunchtime so I guess it can be expected but it was quite difficult to get service. We even struggled to pay the bill. The rest of the time service was OK.
Our room which was on the ground floor was a good size and and clean throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable but a bit disappointing to see they put together two singles to make it.
If you're a light sleeper then make sure you're not on the ground floor as you can hear the underground trains going past every so often.

First time in Rome and found that this hotel is perfect. Conveniently located. Just a 10 minute walk to Colosseum and there you can catch the Hop On Hop Off bus. A wonderful breakfast that has eggs, sausage, bacon, all sorts of breads, danishes, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, and great coffee selection. If you are on a budget this will hold you over till a late lunch/early dinner. Staff is extremely helpful and printed our boarding passes for us...called a taxi and gave us info on getting to places. Rooms are clean, shower was a challenge the first day but mastered it for the next five! It's literally 50 feet from a Metro stop. All good 👍

We had a great experience at this hotel. It appears newly renovated, with light, spacious rooms. The lights and AC are "smart" and can be controlled by a panel on each side of the bed.

The breakfast includes a variety of hot choices like eggs and sausage. We had a bit of a miscommunication and were late to breakfast on the last day and a lovely woman named Antonella rescued us. She brought us a warm breakfast from the kitchen and anything else we asked for. I would recommend this place to anyone. Fantastic service!!

Very nice hotel with nice rooms, nice staff and within walking distance of all of the tourist-attractions.

The staff let us store our bags in a secure location until our room was ready because we were there a couple of hours before the regular check-in time. They were even nice enough to prepare our room so that it was ready earlier than they had to have it ready.

The shower was nice and spacious, and so was the rest of the bathroom. The room had a nice view and a nice, modern, feel to it. There was a big TV and a modern touch-screen system for controlling the lights (there were multiple control panels in the room).

The only bad thing with the room was the lack of power-outlets, we were four people in our room, and we had to take turns charging our phones and plug out the land-line-phone's power-cord in order to charge five devices.

The breakfast buffet was nice with nice and detailed information about the different allergens in it. The scrambled eggs weren't the nicest that I have ever had, though.

And to conclude, the jacuzzi on the roof, the bar on the roof and the bar in the lobby weren't a disadvantage exactly...

Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay here it's clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is basic but nice, it's within walking distance from train station and most of the sightseeing
A few issues with the room would be the air conditioning didn't work and it was very warm in the room and being in a busy area we couldn't really open the window due to noise.
Also budget for the hotel tax on check out it's €6 per night per person
