the location and price does not justify what you will have to suffer:
1- no towels
2- no wifi
3- dirty disgusting shared toilet
4- unsafe room door
5- no receipt for the money you pay

Very basic, clean but had no hot water for two days and no one on site to help, had no towels then given blood stained ones, no tea or coffee facilities, don't pay for breakfast, you have to walk half a mile then only get a cup of coffee and a cake!.
The only good thing I can say is that it is a good location for all the sights, would not return or recommend !

The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum in a lovely area with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Paolo helped a lot after making the reservation, gave tips about airport transfer and was quick with answering all my questions. He was kind enough to give us a map of the city and explain where the main sights were when we checked in, also gave us recommendations about restaurants in the area and in the city centre.
