Great location, close to Vatican and many attractions and in an area with good restaurants, pharmacy and many many shops
But very quiet ..
5-10min walk from Lepanto metro station-
small lift ( original to the building , which has multiple apartments and ground floor businesses , but it’s a traditional Italian building which the host has made up one apartment into a highly clean, boutique hotel
Our room was perfect for us , queen bed and a single bed, en-suite bathroom, cleaned and made up each day… a lovely apartment made into a boutique hotel …. We would stay again

Its a great hotel for people that dont want to pay too much , the entrance is not the best and aswell the elevator , if your gonna choose 3 beds the single bed were really uncomfortable but the shower and the king bed were awesome , you will have aswell some snacks and in my opinion this hotel gets a 8.5/10 hope you will have a great vacation

We had a great stay with Alexander. Very nice an clean rooms, great service, good breakfast and perfect location. And all of this in a lovely city.

A beautiful place to stay during your vacations on Rome! We loved the room, the sort distance from vatican and piazza verona and of course the great hospitality Alessandro offered us.We loved it! Tip: the bed is super relaxing!!:)

It is a guest house with 3 or 4 rooms, being the rooms similar to hotel rooms. Nice localization near Vaticano, Castel Sant'angelo and river, busy during day with plenty of clothes shops and quiet during the night. Alexander is very helpful and gave us maps and tips to explore the city. Rooms are wonderful, modern, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is only regular but the good things compensate it. Would definitely come back.

Guest house in the very central area of Rome. Room spacious, clean, newly renovated. Receptionist very good and helpful. Excellent price-quality ratio in view of the central position.

Great place for exploring Rome. Exceptionally nice host. Excellent location, very close to everything in central Rome. Nice and very quiet room, well equipped, and very good value for money. Prati is a very safe, nice area. Recommended!

In November 2014, my family and I stayed at the Residenza Alexander for a week while we took in Rome. Alexander was the greatest and most professional host we have ever had the opportunity to have during our travels.
The place is quaint and clean, and within close proximity of outstanding restaurants, Vatican City and many of Rome's adornments. Within walking distance of the metro and local shopping.
I don't believe we could have ever stayed at a more perfect guest house. My family and I look forward to returning.
