It is already the third time that the rest of the B&B. it Is located in a place of easy access, close to everything and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it!

I have just spent a fantastic long weekend in the company of my girlfriend in the eternal city. We stayed at Golden Rooms Spanish steps, remaining pleasantly impressed. Great location with the possibility to choose between the two stops of the red metro Spagna or Barberini, both just two minutes walk), close to the rooms there are all the services you may need from bars, supermarkets, drugstores, laundries, etc... The staff was very nice and efficient, met all our requests/needs. The structure is located on the third floor, has an elevator and the rooms are well furnished and clean. The breakfast, even if in a bar outside of the hotel, is the classic croissants, cappuccino and juice that satisfies anyone. In the room the WiFi connection is excellent and you have a great tv. Overall grade very good. Definitely will take it into consideration golden rooms for my next visit in our Capital.

La Casa del Capitano is a bed and breakfast that is in a converted apartment. It's more of an AirBnB than a hotel. There isn't an on-site staff. There are three rooms available. Ours was spacious by European standards and overlooked Piazza Barbarini. Everything you can imagine is within a city block, including the subway, countless restaurants, a tabacco shop, toy store, ATM, hair dresser, taxi stand, gelato stand and numerous coffee shops. It is two subway (called the Metro) stops from the Metro terminal and the train station. Just being so close to the Metro is worth the cost.
