The hotel is located in a pleasant quiet area within easy reach of the train station. My room was on the second floor of what appears to be a residential building. Antonio and the rest of the front desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. He gave me early access to my room so I could work, and was great at assisting with everything from setting the A/C to calling taxis. The room was courtyard-facing and therefore not very bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional, but some pieces of furniture - including bedside tables and a stained couch - were in need of replacement. The set-up is not super practical for business travelers as all plugs are located far away from the desk. The breakfast was nice with plenty of non-gluten options - again, everyone was super friendly and efficient - and the location was perfect for all my appointments. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay at Deseo Home.

We stayed here for a wonderful 3 days - clean rooms, well equipped, fridge well cools the water you also have in the room, in the lobby you have a coffee maker. Our room was extremely quiet, we had a perfect rest every day sleeping as well as in our own home. Breakfast is Italian style, everything delicious and the coffee they serve you to your table on request from the nice ladies is excellent. The staff from the reception will take care of you even before you arrive - making sure everything is ok. The location Deseo Home is genius - close to termini station also close to the subway, there are 2 bus stops and one directly on front door of hotel itself, in the hotel area there are small local markets where you can buy what you need and also several restaurants. You will feel extremely safe here because there are 3 diplomatic missions (embassys) in this area and they are super guarded. We will come back here every time we are in Rome again and I promised that when I check out :)

Super friendly staff, very well-kept and lovingly decorated hotel, and the breakfast was also delicious. Also very near to every spot in Rome. You have a bus-stop opposite the hotel. Thanks to Mehran, the staff member, for the map of Rome's most beautiful spots!

It was my best accommodation during the italy travel. Everyone there was so kind and room was clean. Clean and simple breakfast. Location is good as well. Just in front of here has bus station which goes to the main centre of rome. If I go Italy again 100% will stay here again.

Great location, super friendly staff. The rooms were perhaps slightly smaller than I had expected but perfectly fine. Spotlessly clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was also great, I would thoroughly recommend a stay here as an ideal place to explore the brilliant city of Rome.

Lovely hotel, highly recommended! Located in a beautiful, quiet area, close to Termini. The room is quite comfortable, breakfast made from high-quality products is served very aesthetically, tea and coffee are wonderfully organized around the clock, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Really sweet gem in Rome, not far away from attractions circa 15-30 mins by foot especially if like us you like to walk. Clean rooms, spacious, very nice owners and staff. Highly recommended and attentive to detail and care. You will see us again. Thank you 😊.

It was a really nice stay! We could leave our luggage before checking in and then later find them in our rooms. Location is a big plus, quiet area, but close to any bus, train or metro stop. Rooms weren’t big, but it wasn’t a problem, because they were tidy, cozy and cleaned everyday. View wasn’t amazing, cause we faced the other building but it was quiet at night. Water pressure under the shower was low but otherwise the room was great. Delicious breakfast for everyone and really friendly, helpful service. 5/5 from me

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place. We were staying for 4 nights as a surprise for my husbands 40th and it was perfect. I had booked the offer with the free transfer from the airport - the driver was absolutely fantastic and felt like we were arriving in real luxury. The room was very clean, lovely added extras like water in the fridge, robes and slippers. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff we super friendly and nothing was ever too much. The location was second to none! I hadn't really researched much when I booked it but knew it was in the middle. Everything was without walking distance- to the point we ended up doing 50 miles in the 4 days we were there. Some gorgeous restaurants within a 5 minute walk which is rare to have. Definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so special
