10 minutes from the Vatican, very convenient, find the building, the door, White Vatikan - number 9, the door is always open to the entrance, you have to push harder. You can go up to the 3rd floor on foot or by elevator. We left our things at reception, on the sofas 😁 no one is guarding, and no one takes them (there were no valuables, only clothes, but no one is responsible for their safety). The room is clean, not large, the downside is the window, the wooden blinds did not open, everything was broken and it was very dark in the room. In January, we opened the glass completely, it was cold, room 503. And the shower door hits the bed, it's cramped, but we came to sleep. There is one kettle for everyone, the neighbors took it, and we were without coffee in the mornings. Kettles and mugs are needed in the room, not just plastic cups, you can't drink coffee. The proximity to the Vatican compensates for everything.

Terrible experience, room not very livable, too little space to move from one side to the other, ditto the bathroom, doors not fixed and small and dirty wardrobe, not recommended

A nightmare. A dirty room with dented furniture and fixtures. At 2:30 a.m., we were awakened by an infestation of bedbugs that literally filled the room. An incredible number. Everywhere.
We desperately tried to contact the numbers listed for help, but despite constant calls, we never received an answer until the morning.
When we got home, we had to sanitize all our bags and suitcases and their entire contents.
They refunded our money.
The room is located in a shared apartment in a beautiful period building with a fantastic location. What a shame.

I was lost for about an hour because I didn't know how to check in.
It was the kind of place where you had to press the apartment bell yourself to open the entrance, which isn't available in Japan.
I was at a loss as I couldn't even ask about it.
If that kind person hadn't shown up, I don't think I would have been able to check in at all.
It would be helpful if they made it clear how to do it.

Our booking was a double room but 1 month before check in, we requested to change to a twin bed. What we got was twin beds squeezed into a very small room with less than 12 cm space between the end of the bed and the wall. There were only sheets on the beds, no comforter and not even a blanket. The pillows are pathetic with no spare ones in the room. Amenities were basic but I have to gripe that the kettle had to be shared with guests in the other 3 rooms.

The house facilities are average, the bathroom facilities are poor, the toilet lid is not stable, there are no curtains, and the sound insulation is poor.
There was no one at the check-in desk and I waited for 30 minutes.

Excellent accommodation a few steps from St. Peter's Square and the metro to reach Piazza di Spagna.
