The hotel has a good location, just a 2-minute walk from the station. The rooms are large and well-equipped with kitchen amenities. It's two train stops from the city center. There are no bathrobes or slippers. Breakfast is the same every day with a limited menu. Be aware that you'll be asked for a deposit, and it must be paid by card only. A very good stay. The staff was friendly and always tried to speak Spanish. One point for improvement would be the room cleaning; we stayed three nights and they didn't change the towels even once. Everything else was great!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Rome. It's right next to the Vatican, so the location is great and convenient for getting around, and most importantly, it feels very safe. The prices are usually around 1000+, which makes it quite good value for money. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are also very nice.

The apartment was much larger than we expected and we loved it. Full kitchen with full sized fridge. Large lounge and dinning area. Big bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of storage. Massive balcony with outdoor setting. The train station is just next door (Roma Balduina). You do have to change stations for Rome Termini. We would catch the train in and get an Uber back. Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). The hotel has a great location, right next to the Vatican and across from a university. It feels quiet and safe. The breakfast setting was beautiful, but the hygiene details could be improved.

The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. In the middle of the night, I could hear furniture being dragged, things being thrown, and the floor shaking. It was exhausting and annoying after a long day. What a wonderful property! Our apartment was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and breakfast room perfect. The Borgo Pio neighborhood is safe and charming and only blocks from the Vatican. Beds were a little low and I was worried may be too hard for me but we both slept well. Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome!

Our room was huge, with a separate bedroom, dining room/livingroom combo, foldout sofa bed (very comfortable), kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes, large fridge. The pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.

An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!

Hotel was walking distance and in good proximity to all areas we had planned on our trip. However, the room itself lacked finesse in the cleanliness, windows were dirty, toilet button broken and shower was a struggle to use.

The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis, and the hotel thoughtfully provided an envelope containing two room keys, a breakfast voucher, and most importantly, an instruction manual with a QR code that leads to very detailed information. One of the sinks in our room was out of order. The shower was leaking water out into the main area. Also everything in the room seemed very dusty.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Termini train station, which is ideal for anyone needing to catch a train. Subway access is also incredibly convenient, with Termini Metro station right next door. Definitely recommended.

Clean, warm, new decorations with lobby and rooms with historical building. They have elevators, staffs are extremely helpful. Location: very easy to find and access from Termini. Only one thing want to mention is the drainage speed of shower, it’s so slow and nearly blocked.

To be honest we reserved a room in front of the cathedral and they gave us one room with out windows smells a lot mold we ask the receptionist and she say we are maximum occupied right now i cant do anything just remember you are paying for the location mot for the room The room doesn't have mothing ordinarily for the pice we paid 385 i didn't like also pillows were terrible

We were only there for one night, but if you are going to book a shuttle to the airport with the front desk, make sure you confirm 1000x, get it all in writing and then confirm when you arrive because they will forget, and then you are left scrambling.
