great location, welcoming and clean structure, helpful staff. I certainly plan to return and use the structure again. shame that breakfast is not offered, but just go down to piazza cavour and you are spoiled for choice.

We have booked some rooms for our students, receiving incredible feedback. The rooms are small, dirty and practically unfurnished. Some students were denied entry because they arrived after 10pm (due to train delays) and found themselves in the middle of the street. Other students had to wait for hours outside the building because they had not communicated their arrival time, so there was no security (absurd!!!) We have reported the incident to our agency and will prevent any further bookings from being made at this building (and at I LOVE VATICANO, which gave us the same problems).

Great location. Too bad the staff is extremely rude, rude, ill-mannered and probably not very honest. They cancelled my reservation for no reason while I was already in Rome, they refuse to answer phone calls and emails, they collected the money but they don't want to issue me an invoice. I've never had to go to the Carabinieri to report a hotel, but we've come to this point.

The view is absolutely superb, location is super close to all important attractions, area full of bars and restaurants, personnel super nice and helpful, the owner is absolutely delightful.

A really Lovely B&B, beautiful balcony and absolutely perfect location. Close too all the tourist spots without being a tourist feeling hotel. Excellent customer service allowing us to drop our bags in early allowing us to explore. Must visit!
